Sushi Fever is terrific. High quality. Affordably priced. Large, varied menu. Service is impeccable and they've gone out of their way to make things I wanted but weren't on the menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Comfortable place with ample seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've been a couple of times for lunch and for dinner. They have a great lunch bento special where you can create your own lunch combo from a long list of options. It's always a ton of food and really fresh and satisfying. I love their Agedashi Tofu and they've got great sushi specials. When you walk in, you're greeted with a small cucumber salad in sesame dressing. It's a welcoming and thoughtful way to begin a meal. Nice touch. Portions are good size. Highly recommended.

As usual the beer sushi in the us. Bar None!! Can't wait to return. Loved the chief roll!'

We went for Bento Boxes; they were delicious and very filling. These dinners come with miso soup, a bowl of steamed rice, your choice of 2 items (teriyaki chicken, beef, salmon, tempura shrimp, tempura veggies, etc.) Salad, 2 gyoza, and 1 egg roll. The service is excellent with various servers, besides our own, checking on us to refill drinks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is typical of a sushi restaurants.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The sushi chefs yell a word in Japanese when customers walked to the sushi bar (probably welcome). At one time they were toasting with the customers. It's a lively atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only negative is that the teriyaki beef was a bit overcooked, so next time when I order, I will order it medium rare. Otherwise, we love this place and will be back again and again.

We decided to sit at the bar where you can see the chefs making the sushi and they're able to hand it right to you. The garlic edamame was phenomenal and seasoned so good. Loved the chicken yakisoba and has an interesting sweet and savory sauce on it. Charlie special was my favorite roll as someone who is still getting used to sushi. The service was quick and efficient and i'll def be back.

Delicious as always, I absolutely love coming to Sushi Fever even though it's not all you can eat like a lot of the other places in town. Everybody that I talk to, who goes to this restaurant seems to have their favorite roll. Personally, I love ordering from the specials and sitting behind the sushi bar. The service is always attentive, even during their busiest hours.

This place seriously never disappoints. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, and the portions are actually generous, no tiny sashimi slices here! I always go for the Chef's Choice Sashimi Platter and a roll, but today I decided to try the California Hand Roll, and wow... it was so good. Super fresh, packed full, and just perfect. This is my second time here, and the first time, I got the Chef's Platter and the Mango Salmon No Rice Roll, which was hands down the star of the meal. I honestly came back just for that specific roll, but I wanted to switch it up this time, and I'm glad I did. This place isn't even close to where I live, but I still make the drive because it's that good. Consistently fresh, great portions, and totally worth it. If you're a sushi lover, you need to try it!

First of all, it's not all you can eat type. Food: good menu with variety of sushi, bento, and cooked dish entrees. Sashimi worth the price; good portions overall. Dishes for all the cravings you have. Service: busy but attentive staff Ambience: organized seatings and spacious. Waiting area is outside. In winter, it's cccccccoooooold!

Overall decent enough experience. We were seated quickly on a Thursday night. They gave us solid service. The sushi itself seemed fresh and came out in a timely manner. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place itself is in good shape.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Just a solid spot. Took a ton of photos for you to see various rolls and the menu. They brought out the main hibachi chicken well after all the rolls which was a bit odd. Outside of that stop in. Cheers!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great service, great sushi, and great location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There are a few items on the menu that are pretty unique and I haven't seen them on other sushi menus. The specialty rolls are also on the larger side. We also occasionally order takeout to-go and everything has been right and sealed very well.

Always on point and fresh! Service could be slow if you sit at a table, but that's because they are always packed. Worth the wait!

Items are ala cart so it's pricier vs AYCE, but the quality of their food is excellent.

Does this place have happy hour? If so what time and days?

    No :/

    Does this place have ayce?

I am thrilled it is not and all you can eat...the quality is much better and the freshness is superior..it is not mass produced sushi...made fresh every time. I think the place is incredible

The best Ayce sushi place in Vegas!…read more If you're tired of the boring buffets on the strip, I highly recommend to visitors to check out this restaurant off the strip in Chinatown. Food (4.5/5) I strongly recommend to order the nigiri and stay away from the rolls if you want to get your moneys worth. The nigiri selection is pretty huge with multiple unique cuts of fish that other Ayce sushi places usually don't include (surf clam, ono, yellowtail toro, uni). Although some of the premium items you're only allowed to order once, it was pretty satisfying to be able to even try it as most ayce sushi places don't even include these items. The nigiri is on the smaller side (maybe 1/2 the size of regular size nigiri) but I appreciate how they didn't include a ton of sushi rice with each piece. It seemed like this restaurant wanted you to get your moneys worth and not have you fill up on rice! Highlight items are definitely everything on the special nigiri order menu selection, eel nigiri, and seared salmon. The regular tuna nigiri was just alright and my group did not like the ikura as it was a little off tasting. They also include free ice cream at the end and the affogado was pretty good! Service (4.75/5) The service was pretty good for such a small and packed place. We went right at opening and it was completely full with a long wait outside on a Sunday afternoon. The best part of this place is that there is NO item ordering restriction so essentially you could order 100+ nigiri for a single round of ordering. Most ayce sushi places I've eaten at have very shady rules that try to screw you over so you can't order a lot, but this place took the opposite approach so I can see why it's always busy! The staff was very quick at bringing out the food and having you order again. There is a 90 minute time limit to eat so start ordering right away. Ambience (4.5/5) This restaurant is located in a strip mall plaza in Chinatown and the parking was limited, but once inside this restaurant was pretty cute with the decorations. It felt clean and had a nice cool A/C going inside. Value (5/5) 20$ lunch until 4pm on Monday-Thursday and 35$ all other times. The best value AYCE I've had and better than anything I've paid for in California. Overall (4.68/5) I would definitely return to Vegas just to eat here again and I thought the food quality was better than any Bacchanal or Wynn Buffet on the strip.

I can eat that much, but did a pretty good job selecting from the nigiri side of the menu while hubby packed down a lot of rolls. Every item was ultra-fresh. Hot when hot and cold when cold. I would order something and just a minute or two it would come out. This was even with an 80% full restaurant. Even more impressive was that hot items came out very, very quickly. Matthew, my server was a cool laid-back guy who was super attentive. Everything he recommended was great! And he checked on almost everything I ordered! Something else impressive was how quickly they clean cleared and reset the tables. It was a team effort. Everyone who was in the restaurant serving or busing helped replace the items on the table. It was very cool to see. I have to mention Cassie, the first and last person I talked to. She greeted me at the door with a happy smile, asked if this was my first time and kindly recommended a lot of wonderful items when explaining the menu. On the way out she thanked me for coming. The space was simply but well decorated. They picked a great upbeat soundtrack for midday. It was a wonderful meal all around! I'll be back for sure.

Also, during our meal, a woman had to be carried out by paramedics, which was quite unsettling. Next time, we'll probably choose another AYCE sushi restaurant that still offers a military discount. There are plenty of great options that appreciate and continue to support military members.

Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. The tuna melts in your mouth and bite after bite is a wonderful experience as you pair it with soy sauce, fresh Wasabi, yuzu Wasabi, or some combination of the condiments provided. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted. The chef slowly roasts them over a 2 hour period, rotating the potatoes every so slightly every 15 minutes. The sweet potato could be a dessert by itself, it was that good! Chef Shuji is a charming and funny host. He regularly comes out to greet his customers and makes sure they are enjoying their meal, very high-touch. If you know Japanese - even if it's just a few phrases, speak with him as he will be delighted. He was absolutely tickled when we said arigato and he shared that he is originally from Kyoto.
