Today was a huge step getting a root canal procedure done for the first time in years. Got one done as a child and have been terrified ever since. I even started to tear up at the office. After my procedure not only have I been freed of anxiety, but now I am more confident going to get the rest of my procedures done. Dr. Oh and dental assistant Daniel were fantastic, very quick and through. Daniel made me feel at ease as he explained the procedure. He mentioned it was the easiest procedure to do and that Dr. Oh has had years of experience. I didn't feel a thing (not even the numbing needle). I thank God for everyone there and to finally be healed from this trauma after many years. May God bless this practice with abundance for years to come!

Also I had a prior dentist send very recent X-rays to this office and they still took X-rays again. CONTRADICTION! Secondly, when I scheduled a visit to return for the deep cleaning their AI assistant gave me a wrong appointment date that had to be rescheduled. CONTRADICTION! Next I spoke to office personnel at least two times before going into the office. When I arrived the receptionist told me I would have one quad done. I told her I was told in conversation last week they would complete both on that day. CONFLICTING INFORMATION! Then I was quoted a copay for the service!!! Now I've talked to my insurance provider, talked to the dentist office 2-3 times NEVER WAS I TOLD IN PLAIN ENGLISH THAT THERE WOULD BE A COPAY FOR THESES SERVICES THAT I INITIALLY WENT TO THEM FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! When they had called me to say that AI had made a mistake and needed to reschedule I could have been told then Ms.your copay will be $$$$ for this and an additional $$$$ for that. Another issue is after new X-rays this office never addressed two critical areas that the prior dentist addressed. I never got far enough with them to even mention this situation. This office is so POORLY MANAGED ITS RIDICULOUS. All you have to do is communicate with the patient and explain what is going on in advance. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and they are all so nice and welcoming.
