Dinners came with baked beans, coleslaw, and a roll. Ribs were fall off the bone. The pulled pork was juicy and tender. The wings were crispy but juicy and the "racetrack" sauce was spicy as advertised. We had a nice conversation with Elijah "Mr. Ribs" after he brought my kids some ice pops, which was a nice gesture. The brisket and pulled pork was also excellent. Even the sides were admirable, especially the beans. Definitely order the beans! They do tend to run out of food (while we were there, they ran out of ribs and brisket), so you might want to come earlier in lunch. I also liked the eating set up alot. I am amazed that the people working there think this is an acceptable dish to serve. Was given a partial refund, but still feel very unsatisfied by both the horrible food and the callous attitude of the staff. The truck refused to credit my card for the return and insisted on giving me cash, that is not how I wanted to be reimbursed but no cares from the server. I am sure they will not miss my future business, but they should be ashamed to call themselves a BBQ joint serving such food and then trying to defend it.
