    How inviting!
    Jenny C.

I was a Marylou's virgin until this weekend, and I'm SO thankful that my friend...de-flowered me? (I think I took the analogy too far). But you get the idea. I now know about Marylou's, and it's dangerous knowledge to have. Like good and evil. I feel like I must have all the flavors. (all the flavors!!) The entrance isn't the most inviting, being located inside of a gas station and all. But in the back corner, there's a little slice of pink heaven, with cookies and brownies and the most delicious flavors of iced coffees I've ever seen! Creamy chocolate coconut and A.O.K cookie and peanut butter wonderful...HOW DOES ONE DECIDE? Thankfully Katie was working, and she can make anything your heart desires. After placing my order, I saw a chocolate raspberry flavor, and had to have it. But it wasn't one of the "specialty" drinks. No problem! Katie did some whipped cream action and whatever other magic they do, and viola! The best iced coffee I've ever had. I drank the entire thing in under five minutes, much to my dismay. It's a good thing I don't live in EG or I'd be there every day. Well done, ladies!

The Twix flavor is my favorite! I bought 2 this morning and a koozie (which I love!) I forgot her name, but I did see that she was a manager, she was nice and made my coffees perfect!

    Mmmmmm iced black peanut butter..

I come here everyday. The girls here are sweet and start making my coffee before I even make it to the counter. They have so many flavors to choose from. I always get a large iced black peanut butter. Delicious every time. Not to sweet with just enough peanut buttery goodness.

I wish there was one on every corner! Best coffee ever! The place is so cute, the black and pink is adorable! There are so many awesome coffee flavors to choose from and they are flavored beans not added sugar pumps. They have flavors like Milky Way and Milk Chocolate Almond to name two. They also have frozen coffees and specialty drinks as well as donuts, muffins and pastries. Love this place. I stop here every time I'm within 5 miles.

They are always great with my strange request.

Always happy with my coffee. The girls are very sweet. I'm never stuck waiting for long and the price is comparable to other coffee shops in the area. I get a small iced coffee but I always ask for it in a superlou iced cup. I do this so I can add my protein shake to it. I've had other coffee shops tell me, "they don't do that" but MaryLou's is always very accommodating. Happy with my small iced cinnamon hazelnut

I was in need of a good ice coffee..and waalaaa Mary lous poped up on my yelp! So happy it did..i just ordered the peanut butter wonderful...and boy is it that and some! So delicious reminds me of a dessert! Very friendly ladies that work here. I'll be back for sure.

My container of coffee mountain! This is the Vanilla Hazelnut flavor!!! Absolutely amazing - definitely my favorite!

Their frozen hot chocolate was a high school staple, their flavored coffee and work friendly ambiance got me through graduate school, and I never visit RI without bringing back a bag of chocolate chip cookie beans. I've taken meetings at their small tables, curled up in an armchair with a book by the fireplace, gone on dates on the patio and snuggled with my infant daughter on the couch. There's a spot for whatever you need - as long as you get there before the rush! My go-to has always been a jalapeno bagel with jalapeno cream cheese; their baked goods are all made in-house and are chefs kiss. Once I became a coffee drinker I always opted for a black flavor of the day but have slowly been switching to a seasonal latte. It's all yummy. I love seeing their menu items grow and will occasionally treat myself to a slice of cake. It's not a cheap coffeeshop but I personally don't find it to be outlandish. Unfortunately indoors is not the most friendly atmosphere for a rambunctious toddler so on crummy weather days I visit other coffeeshops. The patio is better, though. They could also use a changing table for little ones. Regardless I'll still keep coming back!

Double feature review for both the bar and coffeeshop ~…read more Bar: came on a Friday evening in August and it was veryyy quiet. Was told this is the norm in the summer and they were closing at 9pm (vs usual 11pm) because of it, which seemed fair. The bartender was very friendly and my hot n dirty vodka martini (olive and banana pepper juice) was delicious and well worth the $12 price tag. I cozied up on a leather chair with my book and enjoyed my time there. A few others trickled in but it stayed quiet. The bar stools were also extremely comfy. Coffeeshop: the next morning (Saturday around 10) I came in with my toddler for coffee and food. She was on a mission and there was lots for her to explore. Wish there was a gate or some sort of deterrant between the main area and the kitchen. I had a specialty coffee (chai, toffee syrup, espresso) and while yummy, a bit pricey. The same goes for my lox bagel (jalapeno). I also don't like that everything is served in disposable cups and plates. Go green! Service was okay - not very personable but I guess being busy can do that. If just reviewing the bar, I'd give full marks but the coffeeshop wasn't quite as a home run. Will absolutely come back, though! Outdoor area seems nice, too.

They now have a $10 cocktail specials menu, but every time I or my friends have ordered off it, the item we want has an ingredient that's out of stock, and they have to substitute it for something else. Seems like they run into inventory issues? Service at the bar can take quite a while. There's only ever one bartender working, even on busy trivia nights, and I hate having to awkwardly stand at the end of the bar waiting to be served, and then waiting for my drink. The girl that's usually there is a sweetie pie and so helpful, but they really need to have more than one bartender at a time. The fact that the cafe coffee shop part isn't open when the bar part is is just a missed opportunity. I'd order their latte specials at 7 pm on a Thursday over and over, but you can't. They also don't have any food options except some super snacky light bites at night when the bar is open - missed money opportunity, people would get baked goods and sandwiches etc later at night! The furniture is pretty comfy and coffee shop like, but the low back and cushion placement on the couch is so uncomfortable to me, and the large soft chairs are way too deep so I can't either sit forward or comfortably sit back without my feet sticking in the air. Just very awkward furniture. I'd like to come during the coffee shop hours to try a latte since their specials always sound fun and are seasonal, but their set up just annoys me - I want to get a latte and then a cocktail 30 minutes later on the same visit, not have to come at the exact right time of day. There's room for improvement for sure. I also wish their trivia was displayed on a screen as it can be very loud and hard to understand the questions when they are only spoken verbally. Easy location off a main road, and the bathrooms are always very clean and well stocked.
