Second visit for RI Food Fights' Best Iced Coffee and I was so impressed by all the updates since last year! I walked in on autopilot and headed left to grab my coffee, only to realize the entire layout had changed. The new bar area is beautiful, inviting and such a great addition to the space. Coffee service has moved to the back and while I was checking out the prepackaged gluten-free muffins in the cooler, I was warmly greeted by the staff. I ordered the Iced Grasshopper with milk and it was delicious. Smooth, refreshing and the perfect summer coffee. Very minty. One of the employees noticed me looking around and took the time to explain all of the renovations, show me the new bar and point out their weekend dinner specials, which can also be ordered for takeout. That personal touch really stood out. If you're stopping in for coffee, don't miss the specials board. The dinner menu looked fantastic and I'll definitely be back to give it a try. Ten years is a long time to stay away from a corner table. I used to work just down the road from Wild Harvest. Back then, I was there often enough that it became part of my week. You ordered at the counter, found a table, and waited for your name to be called. No table service. No bar. Just good food in a place that felt comfortable the minute you walked in. I left that job ten years ago. Wild Harvest never left East Greenwich. My friend Frank wanted to take me to lunch for my birthday. I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Lauren greeted us at the door. She's been managing the restaurant for a few weeks. I wanted to see how much the place has changed. "Where would you like to sit?" "The corner." A minute later, I was sitting in the same corner where I'd eaten lunch more times than I could count years ago. Wild Harvest still has the log cabin bones that made it stand out when it first opened. Heavy timber walls. Exposed beams overhead. A taxidermy deer wearing red, white, and blue bunting like someone decorated it for the Fourth of July years ago and never got around to taking it down. It still feels warm. Comfortable. Like itself. The changes over the last ten years, though, are hard to miss. What used to be a counter-service café is now a full-service restaurant. There's a real bar. A chalkboard announces dinner from five to eight, seasonal menus that change every week, cocktails, and Friday night flights. The place has grown without losing what made people want to come here in the first place. They don't call it a chicken parm. On the menu it's simply "Parmesan," listed beside the hot meatball as though everyone already knows what it is. The ciabatta is baked in house every day, and it tastes like it. The crust was blistered and lightly floured, toasted enough to push back before giving way to a chewy interior. The provolone had gone beyond melted into something draped over the edge of the cutlet. Underneath, the breading stayed crisp despite a generous layer of sauce. That's usually the first thing a chicken parm gives up. Not this one. The chips deserve a mention, too. They're house-made, fresh-cut, still curled from the fryer, the kind that remind you potato chips are supposed to taste like potatoes. Frank ordered the Mediterranean wrap with Wild Harvest's homemade veggie burger, hummus, romaine, tomato, shredded carrot, cucumber, and tzatziki. His lunch looked responsible. Mine looked like someone having a birthday. Neither of us seemed interested in trading. Frank picked up the check. We thanked Lauren and headed for the door. I came here this morning for the Rhode Island coffee passport. I felt like I was in an adorable cozy cabin in Vermont. I decided it was so nice that I sat down and ordered some breakfast. I had an excellent cinnamon graham iced coffee. That was one of the best coffees I have had during this passport month. For breakfast I had a fantastic western omelet with homefries and sourdough buttered toast. My server was so kind and helpful. I am looking forward to coming back here for brunch. read more

Big fan of this spot---especially the ambiance, staff and food. I don't think I can ever leave here without a cookie---they are so yummy! They also have tons of grab and go stuff and also lots of items that are dairy free, gluten free and more. I went to Wild Harvest Cafe today for the first time. They are part of the RI Food Fights Iced Coffee event. I got a chocolate covered strawberry iced coffee, a chocolate croissant, and a Asiago pinwheel. The iced coffee was good. I would give it a solid 8/10. I initially got the croissant but then the barista told me about the pinwheel when she was making my coffee so I had her ring me up one of them. It was delicious. It reminded me of the cheese croissants that Tim Horton's carries but way better. 10/10. I shared the chocolate croissant and it was another 10/10. It was fresh and delicious. The baristas were super friendly and I will definitely be going back. It's a really cute place. read more

Visited with our RI food fights, iced coffee coupons and Wild Harvest did not disappoint. This is a super cute café with a country vibe, it's actually in a log cabin! It took us a little while to find the takeout counter, it's around the back and can be accessed through the restaurant or through a separate door on the right side of the building. The takeout staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to order a decaf iced coffee, which I appreciate since not too many places do decaf iced. Super impressive to me was that Wild Harvest uses coffee ice cubes. That is an extra detail that goes far! We sat out on the lovely front porch and enjoyed our coffees. Great place and I would like to come back some night to try their flights and bites. read more

I'm so happy they gave themselves a face lift. The newly renovated inside is great. I love the updates, and it still flows with the log cabin vibe. Iced coffee is always great. I have tried their muffins and some of the grab and go food too. The veggie patties are tasty. I can't find the menu online for their Friday cocktail nights, but it was advertised on their sign out front. Definitely need to come back. read more

Place seemed moderately busy but there were open tables. Never asked if we wanted refills on drinks or water. Never sure who our server was. Three people asked questions. Dinner took 45 minutes to arrive . We think they forgot our order but even still took a long time after we asked the status of our order. Wild Harvest is my jam! Love this gem of a cafe. It's a great spot to work from with solid wifi. When it's nice they have a much larger outdoor section than they do indoor. I love that they have typical cafe items as well as an extensive breakfast grill menu. I usually end up getting eggs, toast, and bacon. Everything is always cooked perfectly! Nice place to stop for lunch with a cabin feel. Service is friendly. I went in during peak lunch hours and was served pretty quickly. I really want to like this place but the food I've had in 2 visits is just ok and priced as high-end. Ordered basic eggs Benedict today with a large coffee and it cost $20! The home fries were mushy and there was less than a spoonful of some white sauce on it that clearly wasn't hollandaise sauce (as listed on the menu). I LOVE this place. I'm from north Boston and drive down here each week for an appointment and I always make it a point to stop here for my coffee. The iced hazelnut is delicious and they use coffee ice cubes which is just the kind of touch that makes your iced coffee wonderful and feels so thoughtful. The food is delicious, pastries are all very good but I love all their different types of salads. The chicken Caesar wrap is *chefs kiss*. The staff is just genuinely kind. Even in situations I would've felt flustered by, they're just so patient and kind--kitchen staff, woman at the register etc all warm and kindhearted. Saw this little cafe on the side of the road while doing some errands. Everything is locally sourced which attracted us to check it out. The outside is adorable, with plenty of seating under the porch and gazebo. There's also a koi pond with baby koi!! Inside also has plenty of seating with chairs and benches. They have lots of baked goods, hot and prepared foods, and coffee. We got a small iced coffee with cream and their cinnagraham crunch flavor. I can taste the cinnagraham but it's not sweet at all, which I would've preferred. Just an average iced coffee I guess. We also got a hot coffee with cream and sugar, also not as sweet as we would've preferred, just another average coffee. We also got the triple berry muffin which was good but didn't have a whole lot of flavor. Lastly, we got a lemon blueberry sugar cookie which I really loved, would definitely get that again!! Wouldn't get coffee here again but we are interested in trying one of their breakfast sandwiches or coming here for lunch. It's a cute place in a nice area, just not the best coffee spot. Very cute building set back from Rt. 2 on the south bound side. They have a very nice outdoor seating area, as well as small tables on the front porch. Parking is a crushed stone lot in the front. A ramp onto the porch is located on the right side of the building. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The menu includes breakfast sandwiches and egg based meals with toast, home fries and breakfast meats. They offer bagels, English muffins, croissants and muffins. Lunch sandwiches are also available, as are prepared foods to take out. Inside is a small seating area with country music playing in the background. Mill coffee is served and it's a very smooth blend. The bagel sandwich was very good. The home fries are cooked with bacon, which is not noted on the menu, so heads up if you can not eat pork. The egg was cooked as ordered and not as all greasy. The croissant was light and slightly sweet. The food was brought to the table but we were not offered salt, pepper or jam. We were brought some packets of ketchup. The sandwich is good enough for a repeat visit and the coffee was good enough too. Definitely would return on a sunny day and enjoy the outdoor dining area. read more

So-so experience. Ordered online on Labor Day. It was early afternoon, and I was only order number 3, so right off, I thought something was up. Sure enough, I get there, and they are closed. Sucks, but I get it. It happens you forget to take off the online ordering. It happens. The next day, I get a call from the owner apologizing and offering a store credit or refund to my card. I chose the refund. 2 days later, she still hadn't put it through, and I ended up having to contest the charge with my card issuer. So, I can't speak to the food since I never got to try it, but the service was shakey given I had to intimate the refund I was promised. read more

This place is a real gem! We stopped there for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised. It's a very comfortable cabin that is welcoming and very tastefully decorated. The food was excellent, the bread was delicious and everything was very fresh! had a Turkey, sandwich and a wonderful gluten free salad with fresh beets beautifully presented. Was having a bad day as I was down the road at the vet hospital. I hadn't eaten all day so I was starving. The food was prepared fast and it was Probly the best buffalo chicken wrap I've had. Let's start with the coffee. It was amazing. Strong, and full of flavor. We each ordered eggs and the homemade hash. A beautiful serving in a mini skillet with perfectly cooked eggs, red potatoes, and slices of lean corned beef. Since this is a great bakery, the bread was amazing, and fresh. In fact, we are coming back tomorrow to pick up a fresh baked loaf to take home. This is a wonderful place that we highly recommend!! We will be back. read more
