Last time they 'adjusted' my price after install by $10, telling me my Mazda3 was a higher trim then it was. I usually tip the installer so I just called it even. They did offer to replace my rear view mirror that was a bit shaky - and for a cheap price. Unfortunately it started getting oxidation around the border within months. Bummer this place isn't what it used to be.

I feel he based his decision on the fact that I had to return to the business for them to correct an problematic install they had done on another door of same vehicle. Not only that, but they wrongfully drilled a screw into the door, and it shows. That's an improper install. The man has a negative attitude. I later took my car to a body shop in Chula Vista to have same part installed and they charged me $35 less than this salvage auto glass business. They are thieves on top of not good business practices. I do not recommend anyone spend their time and money at this salvage auto glass business.

It was easy to get a quick appointment and the staff was very helpful. I arrived a few minutes before the appointment time and Juan came out to examine the damaged glass. He explained that he would replace the windshield and calibrate the Subaru Eyesight safety cameras and that it would be less then two hours. The waiting room was comfortable with free coffee and snacks.
