I had trouble reaching anyone by phone and my first email was missed, which was frustrating. Karen and Yvonne stepped in and were very helpful getting it resolved. Yvonne personally rewashed my comforter and it came back absolutely perfect -- so clean, fluffy, and it smells amazing. She is honestly the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. She makes you feel so welcome every time. I 100% recommend their laundry drop off service now. They made a mistake but they owned it and fixed it better than I expected. They had exactly what I needed with heavy duty commercial grade washers that would accept a large heavy and bulky load. Only one issue I wasn't prepared and I had no laundry detergent for the covers. Not a problem the staff inside that manages their location keeping it clean and running took care of me with some samples of Tide commercial grade laundry detergent. Absolutely top notch service and the truck cover came out as new with this detergent and heavy duty cleaning of the machine! When they need washing again I will definitely return back here. They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). They also do drop-off laundry and have early bird specials most mornings. Easy, stress-free experience. I'd come back and would definitely recommend.

There are visible creases pressed on top of other creases, folded areas ironed into the fabric, and uneven lines everywhere. This is the kind of mistake a 10-year-old learning to iron would avoid. A professional dry cleaner should know better. I took my suit here expecting quality service and got back pants that look worse than before. Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately the place has become significantly less clean as the year has continued, and several washing machines and dryers are often out of order. Additionally, they have a perpetual ceiling leak or A/C vent issue because the ceiling above the folding counter is always disintegrating, molding, and showing water damage. The machines that do work are fine, the owner is very nice, and it's still nice that you don't need to use quarters. However, at least one of the card loading machines is always broken while the other is testy. I'm happy to report I've found a cleaner, better laundromat off of Fourth and Mountain that has a huge variety of washing machine sizes and a card system that takes credit card.
