I ordered chicken tika marsala, and it WAS WAY TOO SPICY!!!! I could barely taste any other flavors, the spice didn't even have a flavor my mouth just burned and I have a high tolerance for spice! The Naan was ok but the over spice ness really ruined the meal. read more

I just moved from the city to this part of the Southside and most of the food nearby is a little blah if you know what I mean. But this day I was looking for something decent that could deliver to me. Man was it amazing! I ordered a classic butter chicken and garlic naan. I didn't get to eat it right away because I was in the middle of doing laundry. But when I got to it, it was still piping hot and delicious! i love their food so much that i have to have it at least two or three times a month. there is another restaurant near me but I am addicted to this restaurant. i travel alot and work out of town. I try Indian food everywhere i work but i keep coming back to their food. The owners are wonderful and i can tell that they value my business. My meal is always ready, flavorful and so gooood. I bought lunch for my sisters at Christmas time and they loved it too. One of my sisters lives in Philadelphia and is trying to find the equivalent to Masala Cottage, no such luck. The samosas are wonderful. Keema samosa are my favorite and i have to eat one on the way home. I just want everyone to make the drive to their little shop and you'll see for yourself how wonderful the food is. BTW, i cannot take a photo because i dig in too quickly. read more

This place has a pretty decent variety of food items to choose from, which are all very tasty. The pricing is very good as well! When I went, I did the buffet which of course is all-you-can-eat, but I do think there is an actual menu you can order from as well. Service is pretty good here too. read more

This was my first time having Indian food and I must say I was far from disappointed. Our server, though I did not get his name, made us feel comfortable and welcome from the second we walked in. They have a full bar here so if you like a drink with your meal that is available. They have a buffet for just $10. I actually ordered off the menu and got the shrimp curry. O my goodness it was devine, the spice was amazing and not overwhelming to the point you could not taste the meal. They have a varitey on the buffet, my daughter loved the desert options, where my husband wanted the goat curry. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and I enjoyed the music they were playing. I took my nieces here on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted and the man that waited on us was very pleasant. We enjoyed the food on the buffet which offered about 10-15 different items of meat and veggies. We also ordered garlic naan. Our favorite was the vegetable somosas. The food was average but fresh. What annoyed me a little is that when it was time to pay, I notified them of the 10% off for checking in via yelp. No one knew anything and were hesitant to fulfill this. They also automatically added gratuity to my party of only 4 and there is a sign that lets you know that. I probably won't return here if I had a craving for Indian food but I'm glad I got to try this little hole in the wall. I would choose Al Amin off Buford Hwy or Bombay Bites in McDonough. read more

Finally an Indian restaurant in Henry County! I've eaten at the buffet 2x now and I'm very happy with it. They have a different variety than the first time which is nice and the spice/heat is not too strong. Service was good too, with drink refills and plates cleared up quickly. Restaurant is clean. Did i also mention that the ALL DAY 10$ buffet got me hooked? I entered and the first thing that caught my eye was the goat vindaloo being on the buffet counter. Usually other indian places will only serve chicken at the buffet for goat is a relatively more expensive piece of meat but they were happy to keep filling up the trays with goat. There were about 14 different items to choose from and nothing dissapointed me. The flavor was spot on and this is one of the better inexpensive indian places ive ever been to. This was my first time eating Indian food so eating it with my very best friend made it extra special. The fact that she treated me--a renown foodie--made this visit even more special. This place was amazing. I have always said that it is the company that makes the meal, but this meal was so spectacular, it caused us to linger at the table well past closing time. the company and the meal blended as one symphonic medley on this occasion. The naan bread was so warm and fluffy. The butter was so delicate on the naan it glistened and smelled so fresh. The colorful chips was a nice change from pita chips or nachos. The accompanying sauce was a hit too. Me and my guest just loved everything that came to the table. She had the Chicken Makhani, the world famous butter chicken and I ordered the Chicken Sagwala, which was chicken cooked in fresh spinach and spices. The basmati rice was a huge hit. I could not have made a more perfect rice if I was given an ultimatum. She also ordered the spinach which was the spiciest dish on our table. Our server was super professional and explained everything to us with patience. There is nothing finer in life than a wonderful and memorable meal. But enjoying this meal in the company of a dear friend? Well that is the good life personified. I will definitely make this a regular stop on my visits to Atlanta. Update 11/3/18: So my husband and I haven't been back in a while as we figured out that we both experienced some unfortunate bathroom pleasantries each time we eat here. The food is good, but our bodies disagree apparently. So we won't be going back. Original post: Very pleased with our first experience. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover as it's off a traffic congested exit in Henry County where all the big freight trucks pick up their work. It's the real deal - authentic and so yummy. My husband ordered the shrimp masala and it was so delicious. I ordered the kirari (sp) chicken with the onions and bell peppers. Both were were very tasty and we even ordered some garlic naan to go with it. The accompanied rice was pretty skimpy in our opinion, but we will definitely be back again. read more
