Damage to my condo as a result of the Texas Winter Storms resulted in having to move my belongings out not once, but twice within a six week period. The first move was quite chaotic, as I was just trying to get as many of my belongings moved out as quickly as possible in preparation for the repairs. Then, the insurance company and contractors determined that additional repairs would need to be completed, so I had to move the remainder of my belongings out; that was somewhat chaotic, as well. However, both teams from MASH Movers handled all the chaos in stride. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. Booking with them was easy and their prices were fair. I hired them both times for a load-only so I could move my things via U-Haul to temporary housing with family out-of-state; not one item was damaged in either move and nothing shifted in-transit. MASH movers saved my sanity when I recently moved out of the house I had lived in for 14 years. They were friendly and easy to work with, and showed great communication throughout, including accommodating a reschedule. Seth and Tony moved everything quickly -- even my brutally heavy steel tool cabinet -- with no damage to anything. Part of my stuff was going to storage and part to my new house. They did a great job fitting everything securely in the truck, separated by destination, then tetris-ing it into a storage unit that should have been a little bigger. It was a hot and humid day, but the move was more pleasant than I had dared hope, thanks to their great attitudes. I was very impressed with these guys! Three guys showed up on time and moved us out of one storage unit into two smaller climate controlled units. They did it efficiently and moved things within the units so that I can walk around things easily. Seth (owner) responded quickly to my initial inquiry and was willing to take this relatively small job. The best movers in Austin by far! Seth was easy to coordinate with and the guys he sent out were total pros.They were SO nice and super efficient- they got the move done in less than two hours! I've used movers before and was pretty resigned to having them be late, not really listen, and maybe break some things. These guys did a wonderful job on our move and were reasonably priced! They had a two person crew and did a 2 bed apt to 3 bdrm house in just about 4 hours. It helped that we had bungo boxes (crates) and had everything ready to go when they arrived. There were no damages to any of our items.
