They had a problem with the premix they put in their drinks. The waiter was spot on though. He brought back the drinks numerous times. Not his fault. They said it was a problem with the earlier prep. A friend told us about this place so we decided to give it a try so we went and the first impression was it is very nice. The hostess greeted us and was very pleasant we explained to her this was our first time here and she was excited and said we will love the food she made several recommendations on appetizers and got us our table. We chose to sit outside the wait was shorter but they had several huge screen TVs that had the game on and we had told her we want to sit where we could see the game and she said no problem. Our waitress came her name was Colleen and was extremely knowledgeable on the menu and she made some great recommendations in which we went ahead and took her on her suggestions I ended up with the chicken and biscuits (Omg soooo great and huge!!!) the wife got the sandwich "The Chicken " it was also amazing!!! Then Davidwho is one of the managers came out to our table and I guess he had heard this was our first time and he came and checked on us. My wife and I thought that was a nice touch and it really topped the whole experience from the greeting to the food to the service was really nice. I enjoyed eating here. Got the grouper sandwich and a Caesar salad on the side. The salad was very fresh and delicious and the sandwich was to die for. It was the best grouper sandwich I've ever had; amazing bun and perfectly cooked. I will be coming back again for that sandwich and will possibly try some of the other menu items. There is a limited menu but i am sure that means everything is really good. I also had the sangria to drink, it was good as well, but i would probably try some other drink another time! read more

Did a group lunch based on a recommendation from a co-worker, however came away unimpressed. While I'm sure the drinks are outstanding (and may entertain going back for cocktails), the food wasn't impressive. I ordered the Shepard's Pie, and while the presentation looked positive, the meal was loaded with enough salt to to put someone with high blood pressure into cardiac arrest. Unfortunately, the other dishes received the same consensus within the group - too much salt. I'm sure the drinks and appetizers are sufficient for an enjoyable experience, but if you're interested in a full meal off the menu I'd recommend you consult with your doctor. read more

Awesome food! Delicious drinks. I had the Berry Good Lemonade drink on Saturday. Went back today for brunch and $2.00 mimosas and I was not disappointed. I throughly enjoyed the Southern Egg Fries and the chorizo was absolutely amazing. We also had the French toast which is battered in moonshine, delicious! This place Rocks!!! We waited 15 minutes to sit cause they were a little busy, within 2 minutes of waiting a server approached us for a drink order which has never happened to me before. From the start I was impressed. Kind of has a west coast vibe too it which is different for me but it was pretty cool! The food was phenomenal. The burgers were pretty damn good, chips and queso were awesome! I had the chicken and biscuits! It was like tiny little taste Angels were punching me in the taste buds. I'm pretty sure we had the worlds best server. Everyone from the staff we came in contact with was super friendly. They seemed like they were in love with place and wanted share its awesomeness with everyone. Super clean place with awesome food, great vibe and the service was top notch. But saying that...the moonshine is delicious they have about 50k different options and mixes you can get, the food was ok from what I remember. All of my visits have been pretty pleasant and I don't have any major complaints to give. Bathrooms are always clean, and service has been more than wonderful. There's so many options of things to eat, so you don't have to worry too much about picky eaters when going on group outings. Tables are clean as well as dishes. I would say that my only wish is that it wasn't so pricey. read more

The drinks and place are great! We came for brunch and most of our food was really good. The French press coffee was very watery and low quality. We requested a new one but it was just terrible quality coffee, and it costed $6. We had made reservations for our group of 6 for a recent Sunday brunch and were seated right away when arriving. Which was great since there was a waiting line for those just showing up. Mimosas and Bloody Marys were very good and flowed freely!! The brunch menu is not huge, but had enough options we could all find something. First time visit the legit guac was legit af. We had the bootleg Mule super freaking good. I ordered the stir fry with shrimp and chicken. After providing such crappy service, he had the nerve to come around at the very and try to work his tip. This restaurant is located in a small space at the Rim and is very loud and noisy, this is not a place to chill and relax if that's what you're looking for. The Chicken & Biscuit's were tasty but also pretty pricey for the size of portion they give you. Their Brunch menu also features $2 mimosa's which are served in pretty small glasses and not worth it especially in my case because they took longer to come out than my actual food order! When I questioned this, the waiter told me the bar was backlogged and offered no apology... really? I'm not sure how long this place has been open at this location but they definitely have a few service issues to work through. I was not a fan of this place and don't plan to go back anytime soon.Thank goodness there are a lot of other dining options around The Rim. read more

After hearing all the rave reviews from friends, I decided to go check this place out. First, service was excellent and our server, Kimberly, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I wanted to try everything on the menu! I opted for the legit guacamole and it was delicious with grilled pineapple and bacon in the mix! Yummy!! For my entree, I had the chicken and biscuits and the flavors were to die for! A hearty portion of gravy served on top of fresh chorizo biscuits with breaded and fried chicken... how could you go wrong?! My boyfriend ordered the ribs and, of course, I stole one for the sake of my review. Their moonshine BBQ sauce was amazing and the meat was literally falling off the bone. I am a beer person so, I didn't order a specialty moonshine drink, just the 512 pecan porter. My other half ordered some kind of mule and it was actually pretty tasty. I ordered a dessert (can't recall the name) but it was like a huge cake with a fruit compote in the center topped with ice cream and whipped cream and a caramel drizzle. Very confusing shtick. The crab and shrimp volcano appetizer was incredible, but the pizza did not share the same quality. I would truthfully liken the pizza to little caesars. For 19 dollars, I would recommend a different entree. The avacado salad, on the other hand, was great.
