Trust your customers they will tip well, which I already did. As some other reviewers pointed out, sometimes the customer service is subpar. Today, they had some kind of photo shoot and they spread out all their equipment everywhere so there was almost no place to sit, other than when one of the staff got up from his seat. 3.5 is the technical average, I went with a group of 9 on a food crawl of the area. Personally, I felt it was very comparable to white castle (with a slight edge because this place has nice sauce). My friends felt it was very fresh, the service was fast, and the meat was not chewy (so thats a plus). Did an Uber eats order here for dinner today. Despite Uber taking an obscenely long time to deliver the order after they picked it up. We were so happy with the food. It was cold but warmed up nicely in the microwave. Everything was well seasoned, and cooked perfectly! We ordered four smash burgers two orders of fries and one order of onion rings. For the love of god please go back to the thicker cut French fries. They are now thin cut like MCD and not nearly as good/satisfying and the amount of Cajun seasoning you're pairing with it is absurd. We need more potato flavor starchiness and texture to cut through some of that seasoning. Now it just feels like I'm eating Cajun seasoning and taste no potatoes. Burgers here are great! A bit small on the size but they pack a punch with their flavor. They also have great milkshakes here, and the only reason they get 4 stars is their price. $12 for a small Burger and $10 to $12 per milkshake is crazy. But overall they are pretty tasty. read more

This used to be our go to, family favorite burger spot. It's slowly starting to decline which is disappointing. They need to hire a permanent cleaner. When I went a couple of months ago, I figured maybe it was just a busy, off kind of day for them so excused their dirty tables and overflowing garbage can. However, the next couple of times I went, I noticed it became a norm and it's so off putting to sit and eat. I can excuse the long wait time etc, but cleanliness is a must! 3.5 Stars - Good burger, will pass on the rings/shake next time. Ordered, a double w/ bacon, onion rings, and a shake. First the good. Everything here is well made and uses fresh high quality ingredients just from the looks/taste of it. Even their paper bag is probably the thickest paper bag I've ever seen with their color/logo over the whole bag. The burger was tasty, mostly tasting the bacon, but had enough flavor that I would go back... but just for the burger. My mild tasting shake was $8 and that's the cheapest one. You can get better shakes for cheaper elsewhere. I'll pass on the shake next time. Also with the onion rings, they give you a good amount and were well fried, but it was a bit light on the flavor. I'll check out the fries next and hope they're better. The place is mostly setup for pick up as there are only a few tables/bar seats to sit. It's only a small tiny counter for taking/picking up orders and a big blocked off area that's just taking up 1/4 of the space. I'm not sure if they're doing some reorganizing/renovating. Takeout total was around $29 which included a 4% card processing fee??? and tax (w/ tip = $33). I can't imagine the price for one simple meal if it was delivered. I'll give the place one more shot for the fries, but probably end up looking elsewhere for my burger fix if I'm not convinced. read more

They cooked the bacon to such a chewy perfection and I'm not a pickle person but those pickles with the grilled onions and the mashed sauce and then the yummy smashed burger and cheese oh my goodness I cannot handle the yumminess!!! We have ordered from this burger place a few times. I have to say this is a family owned business. The burgers are simple but delicious! You will eat real meat! Fries are awesome! This is the worst burger I ever ate. It's not juicy, but instead crunchy. It's like a burnt hamburger that was flattened. The fries are these skinny small fries. You can't eat inside because it's totally dirty and grimmy. I was so upset for waisting $16 for a burnt burger and fries. People will go once, but never come back. Not much flavor on the meat, you can barely taste or see the grilled onions so you basically taste the pickles and their special sauce (which is not that special, just mixed ketchup and mayo).
