In a touristy spot and probably not where locals go, but my classic lobster roll from Mason's was delicious, and packed with lobster meat at a great price. I was the only one there, but because this spot is probably really thriving during the warmer weather. My roll came out pretty quickly and tasted amazing. It did the trick! The spot is small but clean, with the staff making sure the place was spotless even with no one except me there.

The place is small but cozy - a neat little grab-and-go counter with some standing tables around Harborplace. The staff were friendly and quick, even during a lunch rush. It's definitely worth wandering in, though it might take a second to even spot it inside the pavilion. I got the classic lobster. Omg it was so good ! The Roll & Meat: * Generous lobster chunks - plenty of meat with sweet, tender bites of claw and knuckle. * The bun was golden and toasted just right - sturdy enough to hold the lobster but still soft on the inside. * Light seasoning and lemon zest made each bite feel fresh and bright, without beating the flavor into submission. Heads up - it's not cheap (Harborplace vibes, ya know?), but for a legit Maine-style lobster roll in the heart of the Inner Harbor, I thought the flavor and quality justified it. Since I found this place of eaten from there like three times in one week so that explains how good it is .

Got the crab roll with no Mayo and the Bar Harbor Connecticut style. Both were rolls tasted great, I enjoyed every bite. Shout out to the two ladies working here today, for the great service, they were super sweet. Flying back home tomorrow, Wish I had stopped in earlier in the week during lunch time, this would've hit the spot.

I was in Baltimore for my work meeting. I decided to walk across the street to try their lobster roll. It was hard to find as its inside a mall in the waterfront area. Luckily I met someone working at this mall and they helped me get to this place. I ordered the classic warm lobster rolls with butter and chowder to go with it. Nice portion for the price. It was very delicious. Chowder was very flavorful as well. It wasn't crowded for peak lunch hour. I was kinda surprised because the quality and quantity of the food was great. Service and ambiance was great as well. Nice view of the waterfront from where I was sitting. They do have indoor outdoor setup. Since it was pretty cold, I decided to dine inside. I have had much expensive lobster rolls in Boston with similar taste. I definitely recommend this place.

The Connecticut Lottery was good just very small like I'm still hungry so I'm going to go to get my fill somewhere else

Service was great, but the food was blah. I couldn't enjoy it because there were no people inside. It made me wonder gore long the lobster been out. I should have known something was a miss when I asked the doorman at the hotel where it was located. I laughed and said it's Mason's famous lobster rolls, everyone should know where it's at! LOL. We went in and the staff was nice in the place was clean and it smelled clean, it's just the food portions were quite small and for two Lobster rolls, mac and cheese, and two drinks it was $65. Plus tip. My son only ate his mac and cheese and the cold lobster roll he took one bite, I ordered the hotline and I liked it however it was hard to enjoy one because of the size too because of the price.

This place gets in crackin' (pun intended). Was craving lobster and knew I had to try this spot out. I went with the Bar Harbor (50% more lobster meat) Classic Lobster Roll and the Shrimp Roll and they didn't dissapoint. The waterfront views here are pretty sweet and the vibe is definitely laid back. Service was quick and friendly, I had my rolls in less than 5 minutes. Highly reccomend this spot.

I've never had a lobster roll. I expected it to be creamier. This was a roll with a slight smear of mayo and chunks of lobster. It was not enjoyable. The outdoor seating area was filthy and the chairs were tore up. Not a fan. The view is spectacular though.

Once drove all the way to Maine because I heard they had the best lobster rolls and although the ones we had were out of this world amazing, I am happy to say I found somewhere with a closer commute that have them just as good. During my recent visit to the Baltimore Habour, I got a little hungry and noticed Mason's lobster roll sign right behind the dragon paddle boat dock. I love lobster rolls so I decided to give this place a try. The establishment was clean, the workers were friendly, and they offered indoor + outdoor seating. They had a few different lobster roll options but also sold other things like soup, shrimp, etc. i opted for the conneticut roll which was warm lobster. The lobster was so fresh and the roll it was put on was toasted in butter. It was so delicious. If you are in the area, definitely give them a try. I'll be going back next time I visit the harbour.

While in the area after visiting the Science center I decided to make a quick stop for a lobster roll. I order the lobster BLT in which it was delicious. The service was quick and easy. Located inside Harbor Place. I will definitely return when in the area.

I have to start off by saying I consider myself very picky about how lobster is cooked and done. I have had many a tough lobster meal at places "known" for great lobster. So I read the reviews for this place which were all great and we decided to give it a try for lunch when in the inner harbor of Baltimore. Our kids are not lobster fans so they opted for hot dogs and grilled cheese with chips and drinks. Great that they have this too. My husband and I each got a Connecticut lobster roll (go figure) but we like them hot and buttered best. They come with a pickle and for an extra charge you can get chips or a side of Cole slaw or potato salad. We got chips and potato salad. Well- the verdict...... WIN! We both loved our lobster roll, lobster meat was light and buttered perfectly. Good size and filling! The roll toasted perfectly and buttered as well. Even the red bliss potato salad was good! Double BONUS! The price was also quite reasonable at $19. You can opt for double lobster meat for $24. We did this on another day and it was worth the price as well! Highly recommend Mason's! It's a counter order place with some indoor and outdoor seating you pick on your own or you can take your lunch to go. Staff was very helpful and nice as well! They also have many other different rolls, salad options, lobster macaroni and cheese and quite a few shrimp meals too! Thank you Mason's for doing lobster so well!

A delicious solid roll. I sat outside near the water and it was lovely. Easy to order no complaints, solid service. Nothing to complain about.

Yummy! We were at the Inner Harbor, feeling Hungry..... if you've been here lately, you know there aren't many food options Then we walked in and ordered a Delicious Classic Lobster Roll! The warm buttery bun was perfect.... The boss man gave us samples of his New England Clam chowder, and I completely recommend it!!!

    Is this place dog friendly?

There's a patio that I would assume you can bring animals on. The space is indoors and really small so I wouldn't recommend bringing a dog inside.

We went on a Friday afternoon, and it was definitely busy, which is always a good sign. Even with the crowd, the service was fast and everyone was so friendly. I also loved that you can choose to sit inside or outside, and they have plenty of seating either way. Of course, I had to order an espresso martini. If you're an espresso martini lover, you already know they're either amazing or disappointing, there's really no in-between. I had mine made with Baileys (just a heads up, it's a small upcharge), and it was so worth it! It was smooth, rich, perfectly balanced, and definitely had a nice kick. One of the better espresso martinis I've had in a while. We ordered the seafood platter to split, and honestly, it was the perfect amount of food for two people. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out hot. Our waitress, Kay, was amazing! She was so sweet, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions about the menu. She recommended the espresso martini and the mac and cheese. She was spot-on about the martini! The mac and cheese was good, but it was a little on the dry side and could've used a little more seasoning. That was probably the only thing we'd change. Overall, we had a really great experience. Great food, delicious drinks, awesome service, and a fun atmosphere, it checked all the boxes. If you're nearby, definitely stop in. And if you're not, I'd honestly say it's worth making the drive. We'll definitely be back! Ratings: Food: 8/10 Drinks: 8.5/10 Ambiance: 9.5/10 Customer Service: 9.5/10 Overall: 9/10

There were some larger parties waiting, but luckily the hostess had a picnic table for 2 available outside of the bar area. The live band was good but we are old and thus were happy not to be seated so close that we had to shout to hear each other. They had signs posted saying they were out of steamed crabs, so it may be good to call before going there if that's what you're aiming for. We ordered the Brussel sprout appetizer, crab dip, and chicken Chesapeake sandwich. All three were very good. My only critique was that there was a bit too much salt on top of the crab dip. I also got a non alcoholic lemon basil fizz. I did not taste any of the basil and for $11 I would skip this next time. Overall we were happy with the experience and would gladly come back.

The Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes were the star of the meal--packed with large pieces of sweet crab meat, lightly seasoned, and cooked to perfection with very little filler. I was very unsatisfied and disappointed in the Catfish. The breading was icky. Too much, not tasty, and funny looking. The tea was ok. I will skip that as well on my next visit. I will try the Shrimp Platter upon my next visit. I would like to end this review on a better note. Customer Service was very pleasant and the atmosphere, seats, and the tabletops were clean. She left us with no attempt at an apology and promptly put reserved signs on all the open tables. When we left an hour later, one booth and 4 two-tops had never been used. Much to our dismay, we saw people seated outside even though we had received a text before arriving saying the patio was closed for the evening. To add insult to injury, even half empty, the noise level was so uncomfortable since everything was tile, marble, or wood that the alarm sensor on my smart watch sounded because of the decibel level.
