What an honest, nice, warm, welcoming group of people. Mi ("me") greeted me and was incredibly friendly and just a nice warm person. He recommended the red flower oil treatment and he was genuine about it--I never felt like he was trying to sell me something. He just wanted to help me. Lily gave me the deep tissue massage. Lily is a gift from the universe! She was so skillful and talented and experienced. I have a bad hip and shoulder. I'm never going back again. First of all the bed is so stinky. I was laying face down & felt like I'm drowned in a smell of dried saliva. So gross! I have to get up in the middle of my massage & get my hand sanitizer spray to spray the bed & the freaken room. The masseuse just looked at me & smile, agreeing that it smells & replaced the paper towel that's covering the face pillow. Prior to my massage, I informed the frontdesk that I wanted a hard massage. She gave me a lady that has jello hands. I didn't feel any pressure at all except for her forearm gliding back & forth the whole time in my back. There's no technique at all. Once we were in the room she started asking me a question in broken English. I read the reviews before coming here and was trying to be hopeful I wouldn't have a bad experience. But, it wasn't great either. I always think it depends on each person's experience and massage therapist.. but for me, I wouldn't come back. I thought they were unprofessional and had a lack of training. $25 for a foot massage is a deal! I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon to get a foot massage. I was assigned a room and had my feet in a bucket of warm water immediately. Lucy did a great job with my massage. Like most foot reflexology massages, she started with a face and head massage. I'm used to getting head massages, but I'm not used to getting amazing face massages. It felt incredible. She then moved on to my neck, arms, feet, legs, glutes, and back. I fell asleep a little bit because I was so comfortable. I kept thinking I didn't want the massage to end. I think foot massages are great for people who just want to relax and don't like deep tissue massages. Calming music was playing in the background, but beware: you will hear ambient noise and people talking. read more

Not bad. I have a hard time getting to massage envy on same day notice. I like to get massage when I really need it. I'm glad I found this place. Lots of parking. They take walk ins! The rooms for full body are individual rooms which is nice. I think they leave the door cracked open though. It wasn't busy so the noise outside the room wasn't distracting. I go after work at night and they always take me right away no waiting. I had Mary. She was amazing! Even told me "shoulders no good" as she flattened out all my knots LOL. It was very unpleasant when they start to massage your back and push down on your body because you will start to feel the hard wood under the chair due to minimal chair cushion. For what you get, it's hard to beat the price. I normally get a full hour massage the the table shower is free every time I go. It's great because rsvp is not required and can be done at last minute decision. Granted that the persons doing the massages have a bit of a language barrier but for the price, I'm okay with speaking basic and broken English. I was In a room with several people, which had been there 20min or so before me. When massage was in progress she disappeared for a good 20min and the girls that were there left at the same time I did which didn't make sense since I should of got a longer massage due to I got in there after them. Next thing you know I'm paying and she asks how much for tip I said $7 and she said repeatedly $7 I said yes she's like each I said no. And she asked me to wait while she counted tip. Really!!? Since when is tip demanding after your not satisfied with Service and on top questions repeatedly $7....! And ask to wait to count tip. NEVER AGAIN! I've been to the location on Telegraph a times now and it's always been a great experience. My masseuse today was Eva and I'd recommend her to all. I'm over 6 feet tall, and she did a great job with good pressure to ensure I got a great deep massage. Language is a barrier, but they work hard to ensure that this is no lack of understanding. I had a room close to the entrance, which I did not like and will ask for a room towards the back due to noise at the reception desk and room. I had an hour before a conference call and really needed a massage. I went in for the 1 hour = $49.99 massage. Even though the OTHER Massage Eden charges $10 less for the same massage. After the massage, I wanted to pay the $50 and leave a $5 tip. The lady took my $60 and pointed to a sign that says that a minimum $10 tip was necessary to keep their competitive prices available. Wendy puts a lot of energy, is kind, asks questions, is well versed in several different styles of massage, and really wants you to be happy.
