It very much felt like a made up excuse and, perhaps, someone else trumped us so we got bumped even though we'd had our appointment set for several days. Extremely disappointing that they chose us to be rescheduled on our anniversary rather than honoring our appointment and bumping the other couple. We won't be back, ever.

Also I am legally blind but still have some vision. In the Flower Mound location, the waiting area is filled with light but as soon as the door to the hallway opens and your name is called, you walk into a dark hallway. When I would have to quickly explain I'm visually impaired -they did not really assist me. One therapist had lowered her bed all the way to the floor and as I walked in there was no bed and I was completely lost. She couldn't figure how to turn the lights up so I could get my bearings.
