The cancellation terms were not clearly explained at the time of enrollment, which was pushed and hyped up by the owner- and when I attempted to cancel, I was required to follow restrictive policies that were not clearly understood upfront. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent and often required multiple follow-ups to receive responses. I also had unused prepaid sessions at the time and was not offered a resolution that I found satisfactory. Overall, the cancellation process felt difficult to navigate, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering a membership carefully review all terms and cancellation policies in full before signing up. You cannot just take people's money and not provide the service. I know I am not the only "victim" after reading the reviews- which I should have done prior to initially booking. I mean the massages really weren't good, compared to other places but I was trying to give this business a chance. You get better massages at a nail parlor. Also, the owner won't respond to me and in fact has other people doing her dirty work. I am completely pissed, but what more can I expect. I plan to take further action!

I can tell I'm finally gaining a long-term positive effect from these sessions where she incorporates stretch as well, and so I'm sincere when I say she has been life changing. I booked a 90 minute hot stone massage, and Dylan put in WORK for all 90 minutes. As an avid massage enjoyer (I have held memberships with different massage therapy companies for the past 5 years), I truly believe this was the best massage I've ever had. I mentioned to Dylan that I get massages every month and that I would definitely need the deepest tissue massage possible - he delivered from the first minute to the last. Especially with 90 minute massages, therapists need to take a break from the deep tissue and work on hands and feet and other more gentle spots.
