Signed up for three month massage membership. Nice place, no complaints on technique. Beware when you sign up for your membership you are really signing up for at least one additional month. They auto charge you for a final month after cancellation. Wasn't too pleased to find out the 79.99 additional charge only paid for 30 minutes as well. Felt a bit hoodwinked. Update: Received a call from owner to inquire about what occurred. I explained, and issue of a 30 min massage was incorrect. I let him know what was communicated to me by the scheduler and he apologized for miscommunication. I appreciate the personal effort and resolution. read more

Just received my first facial here from Leanne & it was phenomenal!! I've had many facials elsewhere before & this was my favorite. You can tell they really care about helping you achieve your skin goals. I was considering upgrading and adding a microdermabrasion for $40, but Leanne informed me that wouldn't be the best for my skin currently. I appreciate the honesty instead of trying to up-sell me on a treatment that wouldn't be helpful for my skin. This was by far the most informative facial I have ever had. I really appreciate that pamphlet that is given to you at the end that outlines all of the products and procedures recommended by your esthetician. Within hours, I have bruises all over my back from the "massage!" I usually get hard pressure or deep tissue massages, but have never had bruises after leaving from a massage place. I told my "massage therapist" the pressure was too hard and he continued. He also never asked me when he first started how the pressure was, so I had to tell him to lighten up. He obviously did not care to be there or even care about the massage/service he was giving! Not sure how he is rated one of the better therapists there?! Also did not like being hassled about joining their massage membership before I even got a massage or once I finished! If I said no the first time- STOP hassling me!!!! read more

NO MASSAGE IS GOING TO TAKE AWAY THE PAIN OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Do not even give them your credit card. I signed up and tried to cancel and they make you go down there and basically say you are stuck with them unless you die or move. I put the account on hold and they still took my money after they said they wouldn't. It may look like a nice place, but they use dishonest tactics and will do anything to get your money. Now I have to wait for the manager to call me to sort out why they took my money out of my account. I am guessing this is going to be a long drawn out process. read more

I was allured into their October special for $99 facial and 1 hour massage. I always try out new spas for massage and thought to give it a try. My experience was horrible because the facial person did not do the facial because she said, I used some night cream and during facial we're not suppose to use it. This is a real catch 22 review... I've been going to Massage Heights now for ~6 months and although I am not too fond of the Sales Pitch they do, there is one message therapist there I highly recommend- Her name is Jackie and she's the only reason I continue to go back. Jackie listens to exactly what I want and focuses on areas she can feel are pain points in my body. What I like about Jackie is she doesn't follow a routine, rather tailors each massage to personal desire and tension in your muscles. If you want an hour massge of just your neck and shoulders, Jackie will do just that! Jackie is always professional and appreciative of return clients. Super happy with Jackie and HIGHLY recommend.. As for the rest of the Salon, it's very cleanly BUT.... I can't stand the pressure they do for sales, ESPECIALLY since I already signed a contract!! For me personally, if I like something I will figure out a way to make it happen, but if you pressure me I resist. Massage Heights would be much more successful if they didn't do this to customers - it tends not to be a relaxing & enjoyable experience. Additionally, If therapist aren't booked, they make them hand out flyers in the Palladio practically begging for an appointment- annoying! If all the therapists are as good as they claim they are, then they shouldn't need to pressure and be in your face! All in all, I go for Jackie and recommend the intro Massage offered. read more

I had a free massage but the receptionist didn't explain it well & got ripped off. The free massage came with aromatherapy, hot stones & full body massage. But all I got was the hot stones. I have been hesitant to come to this place for quite awhile; now I know why. Upon the opening of the Palladio, my husband bought me a gift card. The card was good for an hour massage plus hot stones plus an hour facial. It was a special they had at the time so the salesperson actually wrote it on the envelope. After misplacing my gift card, I recently found it, and decided to book. During the initial phone call, the receptionist insisted that we only paid for a massage-no hot stones. After speaking for awhile she made a mistake and said she realized We did pay for hot stones but no facial. I booked with a therapist they recommended. Upon arrival I spoke to them about the facial and showed them the notes on the card and she still refused to give me that service saying we didn't pay for it (well it was a special hence the written notes) and told me that's why they don't write in the "notes" section. I said I didn't write in it, your staff did. There was no budging on me getting that part of the service (facial). On top of that, the massage time of an hour starts after you filling out of paperwork and speaking with everyone. No one told me to come early or gave me a heads up on how the clock ticks. I may have had a 40 minute massage at best and never turned over from my stomachs side, no arms, no legs, no head area done at all. I was shocked when the time was up and never have such a short massage. And unfortunately, although the therapist was nice, the massage was mediocre at best. At the end, there is a high amount of sales pressure to become a member no matter what you say to them. I will never go back to this place. A complete rip off. UPDATE: Contacted the email suggested on the reply. A week later, no response. So basically useless. read more

Massage was good, but they cut short my time by a significant amount (a little over 15 min short on a 90 min massage). I understand a few minutes for set up/turning over the room. But if you start 15 min late because you are running behind I would expect to still get the full time I paid for or reduce the time/cost to 60 min if that's all you can accommodate. I couldn't help but feel it was her last appointment of the day and she just wanted to leave. I would have been happy to reduce to a 60 min service and pay less-- it seems unfair to charge me the full price for only 75 min of a 90 min service. I was there 15 min early to fill out paperwork and ready to go well before my scheduled appointment. The therapist was running behind, which is not a problem, but I wish they would have asked to shorten the time rather than cutting my service short and charging me full price! read more

My husband and I got a couples massage here for a Valentines treat. Both of our masseuses were wonderful. They asked what kind of massage we wanted and were both really good. My husband has a problematic back and his masseuse was really helpful and did a great job to help him feel better. I had Leo and he did a fantastic pressure point massage. All in all it was a great experience for hubby and I to relax and have some time together. I would highly recommend this place. Massage was a step above one of those reflexology China man joints. Wouldn't go again my shoulders still hurt, and the deep tissue was hardly deep tissue. They also told me hot stone was included complimentary and then charged me $12! The girl took it off because I called her out on it. Also they don't honor the corporate prices on the website. I was there on time and had to wait in the lobby and make awkward small talk with someone else waiting for their massage, the receptionist kept blurting out info off the consents we signed. I had high hopes for this place. Sadly, I left feeling more stressed than when I walked in. I had purchased a couple's massage and was expecting a relaxing setting a massage therapist that would focus on the areas I had mentioned were concerning me. Unfortunately, the entire time I felt like she was rushing. At one point I had to stop and ask her to stop pulling on my wrist. I had filled out a form before the massage started and had selected areas I would be comfortable with massaging. The face was NOT one of them. Not only did she attempt to massage my face, it was directly after working on my feet! My boyfriend's massage therapist was talking the entire time about how she wished she had more time and that he needs to come back. The tactics of this company are awful. Lots of bait and switch, salesy approach that defeats the purpose of an hour of relaxation. I bought a 2 hour massage for my wife's birthday that they split into 2 one hour gift cards. On her second visit they told her she would owe a balance for the second massage since she'd been there before. And not just a balance but $119! She fought with the manager for a refund but they say they can't refund and tells her she can apply the balance to products or a facial. She didnt want to support any part of there business with my money. Those asshats refunded her $30 however I paid $100 I spoke to Shelly and she is a nasty!!! Message Heights stole $89 from me and completely jacked wife's birthday present! read more

I was looking forward to my message. When I called to book it I told them I had a Groupon. The young lady on the phone was really nice. She asked me to come in 15 minutes early for my noon appointment. I did and then I waited until 1230 for my appointment. They had no idea how more time I would have to wait. They kept saying 5-10 more minutes. When I asked again I was told that they didn't know but now the therapist Cathy would have to work into her lunch. That is not my issue. This place is awesome! Friendly staff, good massages. I love deep tissue as hard as they can and my therapist Lexi did an excellent job. She found my knots and dug in on them. The pressure was intense how I like it. My bf lifts heavy daily and most therapists have a hard time digging in his muscles but his therapist Brett was awesome as well. Very knowledgeable. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Since the start of this pandemic I had frozen my account. Up until July my account started to get charged again with no heads up. Why am I getting charged for a service I am unable to use? I simply have reached out multiple times requesting to cancel and receive my money back and to no avail. This location is awful at listening to their customers. It's a hassle trying to get ahold of anyone and when they do reply they won't confirm your requests. My hub is a professional athlete and also goes to the foot and body reflexology places but he says nothing compares to the massage relief he gets here. He actually feels refreshed and more flexible after leaving his massage each month. He also loves the staff, and Steven the manager has been absolutely amazing to work with. This place always makes time to fit him in and their communication is commendable. I am super disappointed with my latest experience here. Not so much with the actual place itself but with my massage therapist I was given when i booked an online session. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly by a female at the front desk. She was nice, professional and organized. The energy she gave off was very calm and soothing as I checked in I had a few questions and she was able to answer and provide me with more details. I can't remember her name but she wore glasses. As I sat down to wait another female came about and she seemed very irritated. I overheard her complaining about not getting tipped well. I thought it was super unprofessional of her to air out that kind of negativity, especially in an environment that's supposed to be relaxed and soothing. I then quickly realized that she was going to be my massage therapist. I still kept a cheery attitude about it thinking she may have just been having a bad day. But as I received my massage I couldn't help but feel her negative energy radiating off of her. Overall it just seemed like she could care less about the work she was doing, she wasn't very friendly and she was a bit cold. The actual place itself is very nice but I would not recommend booking Alyssa. I felt pressured afterwards to tip really well because I didn't want to run the risk of being talked about like her previous client. read more
