Terrible service. The manager, Becca, she is rude and has no idea how to speak to people. I have spoken to several friends and they feel the same. She talks openly about her personal life on the floor where we can here her. She even spoke poorly about an employee who wasn't there, with other employees. Then left giving me a snotty look on top of everything. I'm canceling my membership and going to Massage Envy! You should do the same! Don't give business to someone who employs that type of person. I have been overall unhappy with my experience with Massage Heights. I signed up for the membership so I am able to get a massage every month but every other month I get a phone call saying staff called out, or they can't actually provide the time I slotted for, or I don't get the add on I paid extra to have. Most of the therapists are not good at all and I've gone through so many because my favorites leave. I'm very unhappy and have tried to get out of my contract but they won't let me so I'm stuck with getting over charged half ass massages. I got a membership elsewhere where staff is more consistent, I'm not stuck in a year long contract, is significantly cheaper and you get wayyyyy more in both quality and quantity. Can't wait for April to come so I can stop this contract and stop paying for services I either dont get (add ons) or having to keep getting pushed down the line because staff didn't come in or timing didn't work out, and I'm looking forward to getting more quality and consistent massages. Staff are nice but doesn't make up for me being an unhappy customer. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst Place!!! The service has to be really bad for me to take time to write a bad review. Let me start by saying that every appointment I have ever made has either been rescheduled or canceled last minute with one day's notice. Rebecca the manager is the most unprofessional person and has lied to me several times. She has no idea how to manage or how to provide good customer service. For this reason the therapist do not stay working there very long and they have a high turn over rate of employees. She tries to put blame on others instead of resolving problems. She is refusing to give me a refund on a rescheduling issue she created on a 30 minute massage. I'm giving them a 2 Star due to management . I was a member for one year , longer as they were closed during Covid. I had some great messages and then terrible ones . I switched to having facials. I found someone I really liked but quit my membership due to lies by Rebecca. I was told different stories about when I could cancel my membership . Then the following month still charged and told they originally gave me the wrong info . For the first time I forgot my appointment ( totally on me). They called me 10 min into my appointment and I told them I could be there in 5 min and understood if they had to shorten my treatment time . I asked if maybe they had something later that day and I'd fill that slot . I was on hold for quite sometime and then told they are booked solid and I could just cancelled and be charged in full was another option . That means the aesthetician would be out a tip . I jumped in my car and showed up. My Aesthetician looked surprised when I said" you seem to have a very busy day ahead of you". As I paid for my service at the counter, a random person walked in and inquired about a facial. They told her the schedule with my particular aesthetician was wide open in the afternoon and she had choices of timeslots. Totally caught in a lie . I called them out on it and they said two people had just canceled in the last 20 minutes. Ridiculous. I left and called Rebecca that day and never heard back. I then called Rebecca three more times on several other days and she never returned my call. I then called and left a message I was going to call corporate and she finally called me back. When she finally called I explained to her I was stopping my membership because of the lies I was told. That's when I found out I owed for another month before I could cancel , different story from what the front desk told me. She could care less and actually copped an attitude. Stephanie did a great job with massage, she focused on the areas with stiffness and worked with extra caution around the body as I am a breastfeeding mom. She understood the requirement and worked on the body with gentle hands. I also had Julie do my facial a couple times. She was awesome with neck and shoulder massage and overall facial. The products they use are dermatologist recommended and very very safe for the skin. Highly recommend Massage heights for self care and dedicate at least one day a month for unwinding yourself from day to day struggle. read more

Tried to call me to reschedule for an earlier time to which I have explained in the past I can't due to work. Pretty frustrated that I planned this last month and was sent home. I have the membership here and I really enjoy my monthly massage. The rooms are always nice and clean and they use a scented oil spray to make it super calming. I love seeing Cathy!! She is fricken awesome and is a magician with the hot stones! Girls up front are nice. They offer a great first time Groupon deal for $59 for an hour and an add on like a hot stone. I wish they would let you get the same deal in person so they would save extra $ by not paying Groupon fees, but overall I thinks it's a great spot. read more

Place was nice, and my massage therapist Michael was great massage therapist. But I did arrive 10 minutes early since I knew I was a first timer I'd have to fill out paper work, which I was done with 5 minutes before my 4pm appointment, ended up waiting in the waiting room till around 4:10 then by the time I met my massage therapist and got the room together for me to get my massage I ended up on the table at 4:15. Massage ended at 4:05, which being cut 10 minutes on a 60 minute massage especially when I showed up early so that wouldn't happened just kind of ruins the whole experience. I did like michaels massage tho and if I happen to not be able to get a massage anywhere else I will reschedule with him, but let them know I do want my full time or it will be my last time. I'm just now reading other reviews and this has seemed to be a problem with many others customers. read more

I love getting massages, and I get them pretty much every two weeks, however I've been coming here for 2 years and I've gone though 5 different therapists because they keep leaving, for various reasons. They seem to have a hard time keeping good people! Sometimes it's hard to get in to the therapist you want, so I suggest if you find a great one book several months in advance. read more

I've had this membership for almost two years. It's a revolving door for therapist. As soon as you get a good one, they're gone. Try and schedule an appointment when you need it and you can't get in. Try to schedule a 2-hour massage and they only book you for a one hour. Try and schedule an appointment for a specific day, you leave and you think it's all good and then you get a text telling you it's not for the day you book it for. What's going on with this place has been disappointing from the time I signed up. I've finally been able to cancel my membership in writing with maybe a member of management. Soo sad because it's a clean place and convenient. Hope they can see from all of the negative Yelp reviews they've got an issue with management and training. read more

My first time at this location. My massage therapist was Ginger. The massage was scheduled for 1pm. Ginger came out and got me at 1:15, apologizing for being late, and said that because she had a break after me, and that she would absolutely not cut my session short. She let me undress, came back in at 1:20. At 2pm, massage was over and I was walking out. I paid for a 1 hour massage and got a whole 35 minutes. I felt cheated. The 35 minutes were ok. I stressed that my lower back and shoulder were my primary concerns, but only got a few minutes on those areas. I let the receptionist know how upset I was for being shorted, and left. I have been going to massage Heights for a few months now, and I have to say, Leonard is the BEST! He is so kind, courteous, and really wants to get to the heart of what is causing you pain. I had neck surgery a few months ago and although I'm still struggling with the pain, Leonard gives amazing massages! They are always nice and happy to help at the front desk. I have been a member for months now, and tried three people for massages. They have physical therapy training and can do pressure point therapy. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Can't say the same about the Roseville location, however, I did work out an issue with a an assistant manager that happened 2 weeks ago there due to the fact that the lead therapist walked out on me. It was very confusing. I want to give them another chance and I will try another therapist in September. read more
