Aw man I had high hopes for this place. I found it on TikTok and wanted to treat myself for my birthday. It was more pricier than other places but I had high hopes based on the yelp reviews. I won't put my masseuse on blast because maybe she was tired but man what a sad massage. I felt like I wasted money One great thing is the place is very clean. The signature massage was awful. I asked my mom if her masseuse was different and her words was "she spent 45 mins just on my back and rushed every where else". I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt cause she was a nice lady. She spent 20 mins rubbing my back with the sheet over it.. and at times I felt like she was texting on one hand and massaging with the other because she'd be doing the same thing over and over. I had to ask her if she was ever going to get to my legs and she rushed that part which was upsetting. I felt like she only had energy in the end.. I'd give it a 3/10 for massage.. and I also got a body scrub. My brother and I got my moms a mother days special on a gift card that she had to use the before the 26th of may. When my mom showed up she said that the Asian lady in front took 20 minutes to read what the gift card had on it. But when I came with my brother to purchase the younger Hispanic woman told us that everything we added would come up easily when it swipes. And everything that we added would show up. Besides that I got a call from the asain woman when my mom got there, asking what the package included of when that's supposed to be their knowledge? We added a face mask and hot stones and the massage was supposed to be 60 minutes and a bunch of other stuff with it my mother said there was no stones, no scrub,nothing just a fast massage& the sheet mask. We're very disappointed. We didn't even get the gift card that comes with the package. And we spent well over $100. My mother said the thought was nice but not to send her here ever again. I feel horrible for her! My poor mother. Greatly disappointed by this spas bad service. Don't waste your time with gift cards here they give you the worst bare minimum service! He's very sweet and very helpful on the phone and in person too. Her mom fell in love with the signature massage. There's a deal going on right now and its only $59 for an hour. It's really worth it. For the signature massage, it was an hour and she oiled your body up. The massage therapist really goes deep with her massages and she makes sure she gets every body part. Her mom said that it was one of the best massages she had. The massage therapist rubs your forehead all the way down to your feet. There's also warm towels as well. Lots of room and privacy inside. After you're done with the massage, you can choose whether or not you want to shower!! it's super clean inside as well. Walk ins are accepted. Cash or Credit as well. Definitely recommend this! Me and my best friend and I went for a massage we saw an ad on TikTok. The massage started well, then not even two minutes later the lady went 1000 times harder I had to tell her more than 10 times to please go softer, had "oh sorry hunny" then would stop for a minute then go right back to it. I could you not my body was shaking so bad I had to keep telling her. After the last time I complained she laughed then said something in a different language and she and the other girl switched. Which I thought was weird because how are you going to know my concerns now? The other lady Ws just rubbing my back over the sheets I had to tell her if she could apply a Little pressue but not as much as the other lady she said ok she rubbed my arm for like 10 minutes then my feet and legs and only focused on my head/back (my main concern for max 10 minutes). She then asked me to turn upside down and massaged my legs and feet again and would pick my leg up so high and just drop it on the table. Mind you the whole time this is happening I do not hear anything the same from the other side. (my best friend). My best friend was in so much pain now that both of our backs are bruised. I've gotten multiple massages and never have the people not listened to the client. This is ridiculous and a waste of money my back is in way more pain than before.
