I got a massage for the first time here today. I got the 100 min Groupon (60 mins feet, 40 mins body) and it was great! The massage was hard (I enjoy hard massages) and the masseuse really worked on getting rid of knots, etc. I would definitely come back. Also, appointment was easy to make and there were no issues using the Groupon (I've noticed lots of other places have restrictions on when Groupons can be used - certain days, etc.) I will definitely be back. read more

I have been coming here since 2013 once a month . I really like it and the price is fair. I always get the same $30 full body massage for 1hr. Im more on the sensitive side when it comes to pressure, so i always let the masseuse know in the beginning to give me a soft massage. Also i like that they never have asked me for a certain amount of tip. I tip between $5 to $10 i just thought it was odd reading other review comments stating that they ask for a $10 tip. They have never asked me. Really recommend this place to anyone read more

AWFUL. I came here after a long day at Disneyland because there was an affordable Groupon. I'm never picky about massages. Especially after a long tiring day, but this one was really bad. So, they sat me and my mom in this room but left the door open so it was pretty bright which wasn't a big deal, but when the massage actually started it was all downhill. The lady dug into pressure points and it hurt so bad!! And then she started massaging my neck and it hurt so much I had to ask her to stop. Absolutely horrible. Saturday afternoon planning on going to the beach to beat the heat and it was too cloudy. Next idea $30 1 hour massage. Took a friend just in case it was iffy. Seriously one of the best hours of my life. I had a room in the front my friend was in the other room. There is an area in the back with just drapes between tables not for me. My husband and I went today got a couples massage for the first time. We've been here many times before and honestly can say we prefer our separate rooms. The two therapist we got were talking to each other in a low tone but still able to hear them. We did not relax like other times we've come here. After the massage was over they both stood outside the curtain and waited for us with a cup of water (which was really nice) and of coarse for us to tip them. As we tipped them $5 each and Thanked them for their services they didn't respond AND looked at each other like if it was not enough tip, NOT COOL! We should have tipped them less since they talked during most of the session. Other than that, the massages were good but wished they'd focus more. Not sure if I would come back here. This place is shady. So the good thing is that they take walk-ins and they take you in right away. However when you come in they have two price lists, one on a printed pamphlet they have on their counter and another one on a display. I just really wanted a quick 15 minute massage for my back and thats it, but I only saw 30 to 60 min massages and other services. I find one on the pamphlet that is for shoulders, neck and back, 30 mins for $20. I tell the cashier/receptionist thats what I want and she tells me they don't have that only the upper back for $30. It's the same thing that's on the pamphlet except $10 more. I was on a break from work and just really needed a quick massage to relieve stress from my upper back so I did not argue and told her that the $30 massage for 30 minutes for my back was ok. By the way they advertise $30 for 30 mins for a whole body massage so it did not make sense for them to charge me the same price but I really just wanted my back and shoulders and thats it. Anyway as she is charging me she tells me since I am using a debit/credit card it's an extra dollar charge. OK, annoying but whatever. So the massage itself wasn't that bad but it wasn't great. The massage therapist first proceeds to do the full body even though I told her I only wanted upper back and shoulders. Even before I got in the bed I told her I wasn't going to take my pants off because I only wanted upper body (they tell you to undress yourself when you walk into your room). Communication was not the best but she did her job. She wasn't very smooth and she did not check on me to see if her strength was ok. I had to stop her in the middle of it to tell her where I wanted her to focus because she kept trying to massage below my waist. Maybe there was a language barrier. Again it wasn't bad but I've had better massages where the people are also far more pleasant. Anyway towards the end of the message she asks me if I need more time. I assume if I want extra time on the massage and I said no when suddenly she left the room. Did not say I am done, or I will be right back, excuse me, or anything. Just walked away. I was really confused and waited there for a like a minute or two. I was about to get up when she walks in with a hot towel to end the massage. It felt really nice and it was a nice touch towards the end but it would have been nice to know what was up instead of leaving you there clueless on the table . When she finished, and this time she did say she was done, she walked away again and I was putting my shirt back on and my shoes when she walks in with water. I thanked her and she was very polite and I decided to give her a tip (half of the tip I had already put on my card). I hand her the money and instead of thanking me and putting the money in her pocket she counts it right in front of me! HOW RUDE IS THAT??! She said something along the lines, "but I focused on the part of the back that you wanted and did deep tissue!" Yeah, and??! Thats the whole point of the massage! I gave her the minimum, a 5 dollar tip. I did not feel compelled to give her more. It's a tip based on service and I did not feel that the service was special or she did anything that felt really good. after counting the money in front of me! Anyway she stayed in the room while I was finishing putting my shoes on and made it really awkward. I gave her an extra dollar, I did not have any other extra cash. To me a five dollar tip on a 30 dollar/30 min back massage is the bare minimum and that's what I thought she deserved based on the service. If she was better I would have give her 7 to 10 dollars. I gave her another dollar for guilt tripping me, but not more because that was rude and unprofessional. I'm not coming back to a place like this. They seem shady and I think that you should always tip but I don't think they should guilt trip you into tipping more when the service wasn't even great. read more

I can see why other people gave it a lower number of star's, but I disagree with a lot of the concerns. You are paying $30 for a full hour body massage, so you cannot expect a luxurious setting, but even then it was enough. I don't get massages often, but have in the past, and this place was average, but a little above average when you consider the price they charge. I received a 60 minute full body massage, in which ten minutes included a foot massage. They offered a 60 minute deep tissue massage for $40, which included the VIP room, but I declined. When I called to make the appointment, the attendant was slightly rude, which was probably the biggest turn off for me. In terms of the location and atmosphere, it was what I expected of a typical massage place and I did not have any major issues. They took me in immediately once I arrived. The massage itself was average, but for $30, I cannot complain. I was having major pain in my back and shoulders, which received moderate treatment, but the arms, legs, head, and feet were done with perfection. I would recommend getting the deep tissue massage, which allows you to concentrate on areas in which you are having pain in the future for those with back and shoulder pain. Overall, not the worst, but not the best experience I have had. They do charge $1 for using a debit or credit, which is annoying, but fine. I tipped on top of that and felt good walking out and spending around $40 in total. One con I had was the towels they used to wipe you down after. They were warm and felt good, but extremely rough and hurt when being wiped down. The head rest was also discomforting after a few minutes and I experienced some head pain so maybe ask for a pillow in the future to avoid this problem. Overall I would probably go back if I need to get a massage and am in the area. Recommended for somebody who need's a cheap, relaxing massage, but if you are expecting a luxurious environment with the best equipment I would avoid. read more

The woman at the front counter was nice, and the massage therapists were nicer. We both left feeling relaxed with muscles more loose than when we walked in.
