Typical cheap Asian massage joint. My therapist, Becca was good, I would go back to her in a pinch. The problems were no private rooms just partitioned, curtained areas making it kind of noisy. I made an appointment for a full body massage ($35) and while I was waiting to be led back, I was told that they would not be able to do the full body massage since there was no table available. They could only do the foot massage (with some time on the shoulders) for $25. I was really disappointed as the reason I came in was because my neck and shoulders were tight and needed to be massaged out. I went ahead with the $25 massage which really did nothing for me. The massage was light and went at a quick pace (my preference is a deep slower paced massage to get out the kinks). The area is clean and the staff are nice (hence the 2 stars), but as a business and as a product/service, they really did not deliver, especially when I had an appointment for a service they said I could not have when I arrived. First time here and worth it! The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and professional. I did 80mins body/foot massage and Andy was my masseuse. He worked out all my knots and applied the right amount of pressure. first of all, it is named "massage Squared" here but at their location is it named "Massage Square", so I dont know what's going on. Second of all, my experience was above and beyond different from any other massages that I've ever gotten. The rooms were separate. The massage itself was not pleasant at all, it was actually very painful and I kept saying to my therapist (I dont even know if they are actually therapist) to slow down on me, but she did not listen at all. Nice customer service. They took me immediately and I especially appreciated that they called me to make sure I was coming before giving my appointment away to someone else. I went here with my BF after work to relieve some stress. My back, neck, and feet had been killing me!! Let me just say, I have been a massage envy member for 7 months, but since had to cancel and this massage I had tonight-has by far better than any massage I have had there! Maybe it has to do with the fact that my masseuse for this massage was a man, and all the massages I had an ME were by females. Granted ME is not a bad deal and I did walk out feeling kneeded, relaxed and refreshed. Also, the last time I was in this much pain, I went to another cheap Chinese reflexology massage called Majestic Spa. You can find my review for that one on here! Anyways-the review: John was my masseuse. He has a strong set of hands. I typically like a Swedish massage, but tonight I needed some knots kinked out. I got the 60min full body massage and 30 min reflexology. I'm glad I spoke up and pointed out the areas that needed work. I did need to have him adjust the pressure once everything felt punched out on my back. "Ok Id like to relax now". Ha ha. He was very good at listening to my body and adjusting accordingly. My calves apparently had some tension, but he gently massaged those out. He got a little rough on my feet at one time-but I'm pretty vocal when something hurts. I love the hand massages. My hands and feet feel like air. My neck and shoulders are relaxed and no longer tight. It took me a little longer after my massage to leave as I couldn't stand up or bend over. I had to let my lower back relax longer before gathering my belongings. Any massage that plugs up your sinuses and dries your mouth out, must mean they're doing something right. Right? All those bad toxins releasing. All in all, I would definitely come back here! It's a little ways away from me, but I made the drive to go to my ME across the street from this spa. I've been here a couple times, and love this place! It's not a luxury spa, but they give amazing massages for 25$ for 60min. Each room is divided by drapes so you do have more privacy, but sometimes you can hear other clients/massage therapist next to you. Each room is clean and nicely spaced. For basic reflexology massage I usually wear a sports bra and spandex shorts, but for some of the more expensive back massages you do take your top off and lay facedown. The rooms were also perfectly dim with peaceful spa music. The staff is very nice. I believe they take walk-ins, but best to call and make an appointment!I definitely would recommend this establishment if you're looking for a good massage without breaking the bank! read more

This was my worst massage experience ever. It was awkward and unprofessional. The front desk girl showed me to the "room" but didn't tell me anything, so I just stood there waiting for my guy to come in, but he came in like 5 minutes later. The massage hurt the whole time, and he never asked me if I wanted him to focus anywhere or if the pressure was good. I felt like I was being punished, when I made a whimpering sounds he signed. The only thing he said to me the whole time was"don't be nervous" when I flinched from pain. Then when it was finally over, all he said was "you're done" and he left. I went to leave, and he was by the front door waiting. He just stared at me and then rubbed his fingers together and asked "tip?", so I gave him some cash and left. It was so awkawrd. Don't be deceived by the big foot on their logo, these are quality, trained full-body masseuses. One hour full body massage I got me and my wife and daughter the combination massage. It was awesome and only $35.00? I felt so served I tipped them each $20 each. Because of their knowledge of the nerve endings in the foot combined with the conventional deep tissue massage this place is excellent and an extremely good value. It is in the same mall as CVS Pharmacy and Tula Market, Ross, and Petco. They were fully staffed and could take three of us at the same time with no problem and no reservation on a Saturday. I tried to book us at Massage Savvy but they only had two masseuses and only had room for one at 1pm and 2 a 5 pm. This place was ready to go. We will definitely be back. read more

I am such a fan of this place! For $25 i got a 40 minute foot rub and a 20 minute back, arm, hand, shoulder massage. For an open massage place, I felt like I was in my own private space. Light curtains surround all sides of your "room" The other places I have gone are just open rooms that aren't very private at all. I wished the music was a little louder, and that the front door didn't close so loud. Hearing it 'thunk' every couple minutes took away a bit of the relaxation. But for $25 i really can't complain. I've been to plenty of these massage places and it's hard to review since each time you go you get a new masseuse, first i time i went it was pretty good but second time it was just 'Ok', but can't complain for $25. I don't know how i feel about being charged $2 for using a CC, so if you go just bring cash and save yourself the $2 and use it towards your tip, and tip well, the masseuse work hard and not sure how much of that $25 they get. read more

You get what you pay for but then wish you never paid in the first place. I found this place based on yelp reviews. I had a bad headache and just needed a head neck shoulder massage and not too long because I had an appointment later on elsewhere. The front desk was very polite and took me back right away. You pay up front which I thought was odd but hey I normally go to Spa Gregories or Burke Williams. He said to pay a tip at the end of the session. I said ok. I was taken back and was stunned because I've never seen this type of setup before but basically it looks like 15-20 easy ups without the tops on them with thin pink sheets separating each stall. You can basically hear everything breathing and then some. The front desk guy said to take off clothes and hang on hooks in the back. I said I was having a shoulder neck massage so was that necessary. He then said, oh just top. I did just that and laid down on the table that smelled like someone had just laid there that smoked heavily. I have yet to meet my massage therapist. After a few minutes a guy walks in, never says a word and starts grinding into my back. At first I thought this was odd because I thought I just paid for shoulders and neck. After a few minutes of the most intense kneading into my skin, the therapist tucks the sheet into my pants and start rubbing oil all on my back. This would all be fine and dandy if the massage was actually enjoyable. Even when saying the pressure was too hard, nothing changed. There were moments where I was getting winded by how hard he pressed. In the end I ended up getting rubbed down all over. At moments the rubbing was questionable and definitely not enjoyable. I felt pressured to leave a higher tip at the end because the masseuse stared at me as I wrote. While the overall price was cheap and they took me in right away they could definitely class this joint up a little bit. Maybe make it less dark and creepy. Clean the sheets a little better and provide more training to staff. Start with communicating with customers to see wha their issues are. I left feeling uncomfortable and dirty to some respect. read more

I just write a review so i don't forget their names. $60 for 2 plus $20 tips for 2person. Im just happy. Went for my follow up massages, tried mary for hard foot massages and yeah its really hard which is i like it by the way. Been here 3 times. The first time the massage was really weak and it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. It was basically a back rub in a small concentrated area of my back. The second time, massage was good but she rudely demanded a tip at the door after I already left her $15. Then today, I had a 12:30 appointment, got in the room on schedule, then sat there for 40 min unattended waiting for the masseuse to come in. I ran out of time waiting so I got up and left. A co-worker recommended this place so I made an appointment for a friend & I the same day. What a disappointment. I've had more than my fair share of massages to know a good therapist and professionalism, As other's mentioned, they asked us to pay upfront, charged $2 more for using a credit care,which I was okay with me. I had $20 cash and decided to pay that at the end. The massage was okay, but the therapist kept breathing heavily at times as if to convey that he was working hard so I would give him a bigger tip. It was weird. My friend said her massage was a complete waste. "All it was was a oil rub down." When we left the front desk claimed to not have adequate change to break $20 bills. That is crazy! They had been open all day and one therapist pulled out cash from her pocket to break a $20 bill for the front desk. I asked for change for my $20 and was given 2 ten dollar bills, as if he was dictating what the amount of my tip would be. It was very manipulative and obvious to me. We will be sure to tell our co-workers the name & location for much better places so she can she what a real massage should be. You never know until you try a place. We did, and we were both done. I even wonder if they massage therapist are all licensed. My male therapist lack general professional decorum. When he was read to have me turn over, he said, "Okay lady, turn over" and didn't even offer to hold my sheet and look away when I turned over. That was a first! Every masseuse I've ever had would be discreet and tell me which way to turn as they lift the sheet. Not this guy.
