I have been coming to this place for years to get my massage. This place is clean & People here are very friendly, accommodating and nice. The staff (Masseuse) are always polite and lets you know what needs to be done to help you relieve the pain/pressure on your body. Lucy has been my go to person at this place. I see her every two weeks for my lower back pain & shoulder pain. After three sessions, the pain eased off and went away. I would recommend her if you have those problems. He works all the knots out of your back, no mercy. Haha. I mean that in a great & relieved way. Cracking, releasing pressure & tension on every single vertebrae all the way to your shoulders and lower back. You can book a private or a semi private room. This place always has availability if you want to get in for a a massage last minute. It's not great, just good. Sometimes you'll get lucky and get a really awesome massage, other times not. If you come in here with minimal expectations and believe that "some massage is better than no massage", you'll be rewarded for your optimism. In fact she must have lost track of time because she didn't finish. I had barely turned over on to my back and someone knocked on the he door talked to the masseuse. Scheduled a massage with my girlfriend at the recommendation of a friend, who had given us a gift certificate. First, upon paying for the massages with the gift certificate, they didn't give change or a credit towards a generous tip. Next, after scheduling a female technician for my girlfriend, she was greeted in the room by a gentleman. There was a discussion about switching technicians with me, but when I kindly asked to reschedule my massage so my girlfriend could have her treatment by the lady, they imposed the gentleman technician because they didn't want to 'lose the appointment'. The gentleman lazily worked on the same area of her back for 80% of the time and, well I won't complain about the treatment any more, but it went from disappointing to very disappointing. The tiny mints and the lemon water were delicious. My technician was great, professional and friendly. I enjoyed my treatment. We left a generous tip for both technicians. Overall, mixed bag. Mixed feelings. From all the reviews, it looks like this would have been a great find, but not for us. We'll frequent a spa that values customer service a little more. read more

I have gone a couple times before, and I have always left feeling really good. I called in and the front desk receptionist answered the phone in a timely manner. She quickly helped me book for a same day massage with a female massage therapist. This place is clean, affordable, comfortable, and peaceful. I ended up getting an AMAZING massage from Mary. She was professional, massaged out all of my knots, and applied the perfect amount of pressure on my back and legs. Definitely give this place a try, and I'm sure you will keep coming back! First time back since COVID, and must I say walking in there you can smell the cleanliness in the air and how fresh the sheets and towels are. A big thank you for that. All employees are wearing masks perfectly not loosely or sloppy either! So calming to see and feel it! I called at around 5:15pm to see if Cindy was working (she is always so kind and always have a great experience and will always ask for her) the receptionist said she is available and could take me at 6:15 ! I agreed for 6:30. So happy that they are so flexible and accept last minute appointments. The 2 days prior I had experienced a very bad neck and back ache due to the way I slept or worked out. I opted for the full body massage for 50 dollars and saw on their price list that they had Menthol Balm for an extra 10 dollars. I DONT have sensitive skin so I was able to enjoy, however consumers beware if you are sensitive because u will definitely feel the difference as she massages it into you and I have no clue how your skin will react... Might I tell you I didn't hesitate and totally went for it! If you are aching opt for the MENTHOL BALM, it's so worth it. Yes the smell is strong but if it's going to relieve my pain I am for it! Been to so many massage places and I will have to just go to this one when I'm achy cuz of this balm Option ! Such a cooling and soothing effect! I told Cindy how bad my neck and back was aching and without showing her the exact spot she knew exactly where I needed it and massaged all the kinks out. I asked for soft and medium pressure! The key is to communicate and you will get what you need! I bumped up my rating because of the balm and it is super quiet now with relaxing music and is even cleaner than before!! After being sexually assaulted here, I mistakenly decided to give them a second chance, and insisted only on female masseuse So I went back yesterday, and the woman dug her thumb into the underside of my arm while using her other hand to massage me. Instead of using both hands to massage me at the same time as she should have, she seriously hurt my arm and it has been hurting ever since. I didn't go in with any pain, but after one of their massages, I definitely do have pain. We did a walk in of 3 people on a Saturday night around 6:30pm and they were able to graciously accommodate us! Originally we had a massage booked elsewhere but that place canceled on us. We are so happy to have gotten a massage here at massage square spa. We all did the massage and hot stone for $60. The hot stone massage felt like it lasted forever, this is a good thing as some places only use it on you for 5 mins. It was extremely relaxing and detoxing. I'm so happy with my experience at massage square. My neck and back are super tight and I needed a massage ASAP. I was able to get a same day appointment. My masseuse Annie was terrific. You have to pay first, then you can tip after. The place was clean and organized. The room was nice and dark, so it was soothing, and they had a heating pad under me that kept me even more warm and relaxed. There was soft music playing the whole time. Like others have pointed out, this isn't a fancy spa experience... but the massage was 1/3 of the price of other places and they know how to get the knots out. I will definitely be back!! read more

She knows all the right places to work out the issues, light stretching and at the end I sit up and she works my neck perfectly. I feel like she takes 5 years off my body. After working out, to snowboarding season.... I wouldn't know what to do without this place! This place doesn't need my review but I'm putting it out there. I came in with a lot of muscle tension due to months of stress. I got the combination foot and full body massage. The massage therapist worked out those knots in places I didn't even know about and my whole body even got a wake up call. Almost all other reflexology places I have been to just work on main muscles but at this place I got most of my body worked on. Amazingly therapeutic!! The worst massage I ever got by far. Paid for deep tissue, got a tap on my back. I even repeated my request to the masseuse twice, she said she is trying. But there was no force applied what so ever.
