Lynne, my spa massuese, came to greet me. She is fantastic. I can't say enough great remarks about her. She was sweet, knoweledgeable, easy to be comfortable around, great massuese, really helped on problem areas on my back and Piriformis. She was great at transitioning between experiences and rooms. I felt safe, relaxed, pampered and special during the experience.  I loved every minute of my visit. A+++++++

The inhalation room had a nice essential oil scent blowing and the wall projector plays a nice northern lights display. The mirror room has all the essentials - body lotion, hair spray, hair dryer though very outdated and could be a newer model. The hot tub was kept at a good temperature and has working jet streams. The steam room pumps steam in frequently. The sauna was hot and wonderful. My massage service was very good. My masseuse Kevin did a wonderful job with the deep tissue massage.

After a scan and setting your preferences, your massage begins. During the massage, you're able to change the music, skip a certain area, and add or decrease the pressure. It's convenient having the customizations at your fingertips and the pressure is accurate. I had a quick 30-min massage and overall it was a good experience. 4 out 5 for the massage. The spa portion wasn't the best, as it was a cold rainy day so the pool wasn't an option. I also mentioned several times it was my first time at the spa and wasn't given a tour or told about the amenities. I chose to use the fitness center but wasn't told about any lockers or anywhere I could leave my belongings. Storing my umbrella and coat would've been convenient. I don't think I'd be back as you can't make a full day out of it unless it's pool weather or you enjoy a hot tub. 3 out of 5

My hair was already sun-blonde--I just wanted it lighter with cool, bright tones. The result was the opposite. My hair was taken down to a dark brown with no blonde tones at all. I contacted the salon and was offered a redo with a senior stylist the following Tuesday. I later requested a refund instead, since my hair now needed major correction, but was told the redo would be free. At my appointment, the senior stylist did her part by fixing the color. However, at the end--after multiple bowls of product and no prior pricing discussion--the manager informed me I owed an additional $300. This directly contradicted what I was told earlier about the service being free. Instead of honoring the original $200 or making the correction right, I ended up paying for the initial mistake plus more on top. There was no upfront communication about added costs, which is unacceptable. The senior stylist was professional and did manage to make it back to the original color, but the management and billing practices were misleading and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

While I was living in Las Vegas, my naturally thin nails (despite taking tons of supplements and applying daily nail oil!) experienced trauma during a fill, and all of my nails needed extra care afterward -- I spent seven months slugging them with nail oil and thick cream to help them recover. I was so happy to return to San Antonio after the long hiatus and get back in Eva's chair. Before applying gel, she did a very light buff to help protect my natural nails. Thanks to her careful technique, my nails can continue growing out healthy without any further damage. Beyond her skill and attention to nail health, Eva is also so creative and always wears the most inspirational designs. If you want someone who truly cares about her clients while delivering beautiful results, Eva is absolutely the best!

Her nails are fresh and you can clearly see the gel peeling away from her skin around the perimeter Of the nail. And the CUT on her, her nail is not irritation or sensitivity. If a nail is filed correctly, she would not be bleeding in a localized area in that nature. That's not irritation. TF? Very unprofessional to gaslight her. I have been frequenting this place for over a year and have recommended this place multiple times. But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill. It's even more sad to see that management has not only gaslit me, but very clearly is doing it to other women.

What I got was essentially a relaxing/ Thai rub massage. Very disappointing. The other disappointing part was that the pool's bar was closed the whole day.
