All it needed was new rollers and a lock. He told me it would slide like brand new and he had a lock on his truck that would fit it. Lee told me how much it would cost and I was happy with the price so I told him to go ahead and fix it. He installed the lock the rollers and now it's like a brand new door and it saved me about $2500 this company is very reputable and I would recommend it to anyone.

They came in at a fraction of the price of every other company I received quotes from. They were professional, straightforward, never pushy, and just genuinely kind people to work with. They even stopped by my office instead of my home to complete the documents we needed. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the customer service after the sale: About a year after my installation, the window frames that are exposed to the brutal Nevada sun started to yellow. I called Window World, and even though it had been a year, they immediately offered to make it right. They sent out a representative named Alex (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, kind gentleman in a truck and ties is hair back) and he was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain what had happened and walked me through a few different solutions. We decided to have the frames repainted with a specialty paint designed for the issue and within just a few days, a painter was at my house completing the work. The painter was also great. The only hiccup was that while removing my screen door, one of the handles came off without either of us noticing. There were also a few small spots of white paint left behind on my walls. I called Window World, explained the situation, and they immediately sent Alex back out. Once again, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. He looked over my concerns and assured me they'd be fixed. Then he noticed that my screen had been absolutely destroyed by my dogs. I never even asked about it but he volunteered to replace the screen on the spot. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. He also caused some damage to the window above my kitchen sink where he bent some of the frame, scratched it up & got the window stuck 1/2 way in. The window that he was able to get in he pulled the screen off, bent it & broke it so this needed to be replaced. While inspecting the window from the inside the window pain that doesn't slide was coming apart from what looked like a frame that was glued, probably from the manufacturer. I rent the house that I live in so I reported it to the property rental company the day of the break in & was contacted by Dan Bradley Glass shop. I didn't have a decision in who would be coming out & assuming it had to do with the homeowner's insurance. I've got to give 5 stars for all the guys who came out to the house. Richie, Donnell & Marco as they were all very nice. I had 2 visits from Richie & one from Donnell & Marco who came together. Richie came out on 09/24/2025 in the afternoon when I hadn't arrived back home yet, but did offer to wait for me but I wasn't able to get out of where I was quickly so he had to leave. He didn't need to go inside the house to look @ the windows. Richie was able to fix the one area of the bent frame but wasn't able to pull the window out, he told me he would need to go inside the house to fix this. He took measurements of the other window to replace the screen that was broken by the robber. I was called on 09/26/2025 by Jacqueline who left me a message telling me the screen was ordered but would take a week to come in & that she wanted to set up an appointment to "secure" the window. Richie had come back on 10/02/2025 to try to put the kitchen window back in its frame from the inside of my house & wasn't able to and told me "it's going to take 2 guys to get this back in & we have to put in a request for it & get permission just in case it gets broken during the process." YIKES!! All I could think was I could possible have a broken window while I have to wait who knows how long for it to be replaced??? I didn't like the sound of that. He brought the new screen for the other window & popped that in place. Funny thing is maintenance came to my house for my toilets after Richie wasn't able to get the kitchen window in. I had told this guy about the windows and he went & removed the plantation shutters from the window frame & got the window back in place all by himself!! I was disappointed in the fact that someone who works for a window company wasn't able to do this on his own but my maintenance guy could and it didn't even take him that long to get it back in the frame. My issues & the reason for my low rating is how this company takes sooooooooo long to schedule appointments once they got the approval from the property rental company. I stressed every time I got the run around of "it's going to take 7-10 business day for products to come in." I told them everytime "my windows aren't secured, I don't feel safe due to this, I don't like how I have to wait so long." No empathy or sympathy given, no trying to hurry things along. The only part that I needed was a new screen. No windows were replaced. One time I was even told "no one is going to be on that side of town this week." Guess they don't go anywhere @ anytime. When Donnell & Marco showed up Donnell had told me "we're here to take a look @ your window" & I was like "don't even f-ing tell me that." As that appointment they were coming to fix the window the robber got thru @ this time I was under the impression it was going to be replaced." I didn't say this comment in an aggressive way just more sad/upset way & Donnell responded nicely to me & gave calming words. This is the day the guys glued the frame back in place vs. replacing the window, if the window needed to be replaced they didn't have on with them. I told him as long as what he does secures the window. The fact that the windows were looked at in the beginning, part of the frame pulled back, new screen put on & non-moving window frame glued all took a little over a mth to do. That could have taken 2 visits & why couldn't Richie had glued that window on his 2nd visit?? Visits started on 09/24 & ended on 10/20/2025. This to me was way too long to get these simple things taken care of & the fact I had to wait so long to get these windows secured I'm not happy about that @ all. This company is slow, not eager to complete jobs & has no sympathy for you feeling unsafe with windows not secure because everything takes "7-10 business days and/or they're not on your side of town, forget the fact I experienced a traumatic event with a break-in & robbery. I was even updating the rental property owner complaining to him about the slow process so he could reach out to the glass shop to try & hurry things along. Because of the way they run/do business I don't recommend this company. They take way too long.

I told him what I wanted and he gave me an estimate then came out to take a look and some measurements. He was super respectful and while he was here he explained the design mistake I was about to make and saved me from myself. My wife and I re-thought our plans and made better choices, and Cris gave us a new quote that still blew the competition out of the water. His price was for 1/2" glass (as opposed to the 3/8" all the competitors quoted) and still beat them out. We ordered our glass and it came in super fast, and Cris and his team installed it even faster. They chose hardware that matched the existing hardware in the bathroom and did a beautiful job with the install. Then on the way out Cris fixed the hinges on my door, I guess because he's a handy guy and had a drill in his hand. Excellent work, full marks. 1000 points for Gryffindor.
