Adrian responded immediately and was completely professional from the jump. He scheduled a visit quickly, showed up on time, and diagnosed the issue right away. He let me know I needed a part, but didn't charge me for that first visit--which I really appreciated. Once I got the replacement part, Adrian came back and got everything dialed in fast. I was honestly a little bummed I couldn't figure it out myself, but he turned it into a learning opportunity, walking me through what he was doing and giving me a bunch of solid tips to help me continue upgrading and maintaining the truck. Jesse did a great job replacing the battery. In fact, the first one tested low in charge, so he swapped it out for another one. Then, it turned out my auxiliary battery also needed to be replaced, which he also did. Throughout the process, the business was polite and their secretary, Red, kept in constant communication with me via text message to confirm appointments and update me on Jesse's ETA in the field. The pricing was clear and reasonable, and everything was put back immaculately in my car after the repair (the batteries sit under the front passenger seat). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend D&J to others here in the High Desert!

They told me to call the seller who is affiliated with them and buy two more. These tires were $220 each so no way. I called the seller and canceled and told them to issue a return authorization and get their tires back. They said they did not do that. I wasn't about to take two unmounted tires and ship at my expense. Nobody there cared or tried to figure out a solution. Had they of been more responsive and even a tiny bit interested in helping I wouldn't be leaving a review like this.

So I took my car in to see why it wasn't running and they told me it needed a new engine. Long…read morestory short I went ahead and paid Them over $16,000 to put a new engine in my car. They told me to come pick up my car and when I picked it up, the check engine light immediately came on, so I drove it thinking maybe the computer needed to relearn the new engine but then the check engine light started to flash and then the car cut off while I was driving. So I pull over and start the car back up and drive back to the Mechanic where they take all day to do a diagnostic and tell me that is the o2 sensors or spark plugs so you need to tell me you put bad spark plugs in a O2 sensor on a new engine? Did you reuse the old oil and radiator fluid too? So I dropped my car back off to have it looked at and they keep it for 10 days and all they did was possibly clear the code that will pop it up and tell me my car was working just fine with no CEL so I go to pick it up. I drive it maybe 100 or 200 miles and the check engine light comes back on and I drive it another 200 300 miles and the check engine engine light starts to flash again because they had my car so long I missed work. I had to use a lot of rental cars and I now I have a brand new broke engine for 16,000+ dollars and they won't fix it.

That is unethical. I have used their services for years and, each time, my car would constantly get damaged and I would have to constantly take it back to them for repairs, which cost a lot of money. Not, suspecting that Johnny's mechanics were purposely damaging my car, I evened took my vehicle to another mechanic, and I have not had to fix anything else on the car.
