I had to call these guys last night at about maybe 2 a.m. after arriving to my residence I realize that I had forgotten my house keys in the house after going out I had no way to get in the house so my only resort was to call these great gentleman at this establishment hear the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was very nice and courteous he asked for a return call number in which then Sean call me to confirm my address to my residence and what exact type of locks he was going to deal, with after arriving to my resident within 15 to 20 minutes which is what I was promised Sean got to work he managed to open both locks on the doors in lees then 10 minutes and in speaking with him throughout the whole time I have to admit that my experience with Sean was an amazing one!! I went out of my way to post this because these guys are simply amazing, highly recommend them as the neighborhood locksmith. I left my car unlocked and someone took my bag with my key chain in it had all my keys there for my house my office my warehouse my car everything. being all stressed out i started doing some research i called around few locksmiths and told them what i needed, i either got quoted a high price that was out of my budget considering i had to work on 16 locks or other companies who refuse to give more than a starting price over the phone. went on yelp and found these guys, Ben answered the phone and was very professional and helpful for my needs. My wife and I were at the Improv and I lost my key! As you know there are no Porsche dealerships On the south side of town and def. none open at 9pm so we were a bit displaced.
