They did a great job welding but them boys left a nut in the middle of my headers I got it out but still not super easy or very professional to make more work for me.

Another fantastic job by the team at Muffler Masters. David and Wade were friendly and amazing to work with at the shop. Super affordable and high quality work.

    Getting new Muffler system
The original was filled with Holes and rusted through hung up by haybale wires .

now that I have some time to sit down and unwind I really have to vent out a bit......we took our RV to a muffler shop this morning got new muffler and tail pipe installed with a new crome pipe tip. Those guys were so helpful in everyway...we even asked about adding a Receiver hitch so we can carry a foldable cargo rack. they said our RV has a Short body frame and that there was no room to put a frame receiver hitch on it. Some 89s had the long frame and some 89s have the shorter ones, unfortunately ours got the shorter end of the frame here.he also told us that this bumper isn't designed or strong enough for anything to be on it. there's no way around it. Frank and I both agreed it's fine we won't have a hitch. got to be safe on the roads for yourself and for other's. I called that welder fabrication shop up that we took our RV to, I will not disclosed name. and told the recipient that we won't be in for our appointment scheduled.I was a bit upset that a licensed fabricated welder who has been in business for years didn't help us in a way we should have been helped.he took advantage of us and clearly wasn't in our best interest but in money. he charges $100 an hour x 3 that's how long it would have took him to weld a receiver hitch on.hell.it only took 1 hour to install a Full muffler system and that includes welding.unknown if there's more time going into install a receiver hitch.idk but frankly I don't believe it would have.regardless They were going to weld on this bumber to inforce it to carry a cargo rack and weld a 2 inch receiver hitch. I'm so glad we went to Master mufflers they were honest and forthcoming and told us what we needed and can't do and we really felt appreciated and not this back n forth BS that we got at this fabrication shop. Always get a second opinion. thank God our RV ended up in the right hands and our services were met. In a more pleasant way.. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends...

Don't go here, this place will rip you off. They cause more problems than they fix to keep you coming back for more repair.

Chris said he would do it for me and he would drop the car off in the O'Reilly parking lot after he was done (which is exactly what he did). I walked over to him and asked him how much I owed & he said nothing! NADA, Zilch! Wow, he did the work (headlight alignment) for free!

Worst experience I've had in my entire life. We found this mechanic, based off good reviews and one…read moreof the lower prices we were quoted we thought it was a slam dunk. Came in for a new transmission, broken AC and a leaking tire. Was told it would be a week, which sounds good as that was every time line we were told from other places we called. A week goes by and the parts still weren't in, again I mean that's just shipping and it happens, can't really blame the shop. After a week and a half they install the new transmission, but said there was something wrong so they kept working on it. Another week goes by and they say they need to order ANOTHER trans. At this point we are very frustrated as we needed this vehicle back 3 weeks ago. But I mean who knows what is really going on so we just hang tight. Finally, a MONTH later, we get a text that the trans was replaced and good to go but they didn't have time to fully fix the ac. Didn't have time? You had it for a month and decided until the last day to look at the AC. They replaced the blower motor but said they would have to take the whole thing out and didn't have time for it, so it was ultimately a temporary fix for a full charge. After asking for a price break down he gave us $150 off. Woopie after a $7,500 ordeal that didn't feel sufficient. They then charged our card for the second half of our bill after we explicitly said "we do not authorize this charge" and we also don't remember saying they could save the card on file..... if that wasn't all enough to make us never come back we then find out the tire was never fixed after it went flat on the road a few days later. To which the guy says "looks like I forgot" !!! Now the AC stopped working because again it was never actually fixed in the first place. Truly unacceptable from start to finish. They clearly do not care about doing a good job and just want your money. He asked us multiple times to pay the remaining balance before we even picked up the vehicle or had any work done. Avoid at all costs.

Eric has been my go-to mechanic for years now, and i've always recommended him to others. I still…read morego to him even though i live in Vancouver now. But unfortunately, this repair experience has convinced me I should never go to him again, and i will be recommending that others stay clear as well. I had a Kia Niro that needed an engine replacement. The Kia dealership gave me a quote, but i decided to ask Eric for a quote as well because i trusted him more to do the job. I paid him $7500 for the job and towed him the car. He asked me to pay in advance because he was having trouble paying his taxes. The job took several months, during which Eric didn't give any updates on the repair and wouldn't respond to any of my communication. When he finally responded after many attempts to get in touch, he told me there was a problem with the battery and only Kia could service it, so we got it towed back to Kia. He also gave excuses for why it took so long to repair, saying he had to close his shop because some of the workers got covid. I came out and used my own AAA service to tow the car to the kia dealership. Kia looked at it and found that there was no problem with the battery, but the problem was the engine was installed incorrectly. I was playing middle man calling the kia dealership, then Eric, back and forth, and eventually gave Eric the dealership's number and he said he would work with them to figure out what was wrong with the car. I heard nothing back from Eric for months. Eventually, Kia called me and said they were impounding my car. I dropped everything and got it towed back to Eric immediately. Still nothing. I went to his shop a few days later with an invoice for him to pay for the tow, which he partially paid with cash. No apology, anything. He just wanted me out of there. He told me it would take a week or so and he wouldn't charge me. Another month went by, i heard nothing from him at all. I showed up at his shop and asked for an update on my car. He said some of his workers were on vacation, and another was in a motorcycle accident. The repair hadn't been started on. He said it would take another 3-4 days. He also offered me a loaner car, which he never delivered on. Over the next weeks i reached out multiple times, only for him to ignore all of my communication. As of today, it appears no repairs have begun. This entire process has so far taken over 6 months. Multiple people have advised me to sue, maybe i still should i guess- but that's not really in my character. There have been no apologies at any point, and it has been near impossible for me to figure out what's even going on without driving almost an hour to his shop, borrowing my wife's car when she's not using it. Eric is a nice guy, and a good mechanic. But over the last six months he has made it abundantly clear that i was his very last priority, and he didn't care at all about the substandard work, numerous delays, or the ordeals i went through as a customer. I feel very disrespected by a man that i trusted and respected for many years.

Heaton Automotive has been where I would go for repairs for years, no problem. Professional and…read morecost effective, I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a no-swindle type auto repair shop. I have never had any problems. Having said that, my last visit will be, well, my last visit. Not only did the mechanic that looked at my van misdiagnose it and seemed more interested in appearing "cool", he wasn't wearing a mask. I am a diabetic and my wife has had pneumonia a couple of times over the years, so we have to be especially careful these days. When I informed Mr. Heaton by text about this, I received no answers at all. After waiting a week, I texted him again. He answered, then when I brought up the mask issue, I was again ignored. I saved the texts. Bottom line: If you are into anti-masking, (-and I assume Trump support), and other reprehensibly dangerous practices, continue to go to Heaton Automotive. There are plenty of Oregonians who agree with this stance, so I'm sure his business will thrive, regardless. In the meantime, I'm going to Clay's Auto. At least they care enough about their customers to take the proper precautions. I have to say, ghosting people on text who are trying to stay healthy is beyond immature. At least stand up for your ridiculous beliefs.
