The friend - some rando with no uniform on and probably not vetted by the company. 2) Said rando parked in the neighbors' driveway. I moved my parents' car so the service vehicle could park in their spot, to avoid this. 3) The "expert plumber" took 3 HOURS to install a BASIC kitchen faucet. He replaced a basic faucet, so no bells and whistles -- nothing complicated. He said, "The old faucet was corroded." Riiiiiiiiiight... 4) Charged my elderly dad over $950 for a BASIC faucet replacement. (Before discount, so over $850 in the end). Thank goodness for his military discount! 5) Didn't plug appliances back correctly. Had to call them to come back the next day to check their work. (In case it voided any warranties, if we did anything ourselves.) 6) His "supervisor" came out. I asked him why it cost almost $1000 dollars for a BASIC kitchen faucet replacement?
