As an attorney, my schedule is very busy and it was somewhat difficult for me to take days off to appear for the procedure I wanted to get done. When putting in my temporary veneers, Beau was extremely accommodating, much more so than I ever expected. Due to my busy schedule, I was only available on a Friday, a day in which the clinic is usually closed, but Beau agreed to do the work for me on a Friday after I was off from work to make it so that there's less issues with my schedule. I arrived after work and Beau was able to place all of my temporary veneers on that same day. After doing so, he provided me with his phone number and told me to text or call him at any time if I have any questions or concerns, or issues. This level of care and service went above and beyond my expectations, and I am extremely thankful for the accommodating service, professionalism, and high quality of work that I received from Da Vinci Dental. Sixth months of pain thanks to this office's negligence…read more Going to this dentist resulting in me probably needing a root canal. I came in to get some simple fillings done, and I'm now saddled with hundreds of dollars of bills, to pay for procedures that screwed up my teeth. The doctors left (with full knowledge) overhangs on both of my fillings. This means that whenever I flossed, the floss would catch on the fillings and pull on them. The dentist informed me that this was normal and I would just need to pull through my floss for the rest of my life. After a month of pain, I went back to ask why the fillings still hurt. They took x-rays, shaved one of them down a little bit, and told me the other was fine and I should go home. I developed hot and cold sensitivity. I finally visited another dentist with 30+ years experience. I've now learned that purposely leaving overhangs on fillings is absolutely not normal, and that what they've done is careless at best. I saw the x-rays myself this time, and you can clearly see the sharp, jagged overhang's that were left after the fillings were put in. I've also learned that One of the filling simply broke because of the way that they left the overhangs. Until I've had over $700 in dentistry bills, and six months of dismissed pain. I know I will likely need a root canal in one of the teeth, and I needed to get both fillings replaced. This place looks great on the outside. The customer service is excellent. However, I would caution anyone against blindly trusting that this office knows what they're doing.

It made me feel informed and confident in the care I was receiving. I just had my filling redone yesterday, but I can already tell a huge difference. My sensitivity to hot and cold has significantly improved. I still have a little tenderness when biting as the procedure was completed yesterday. The office itself is very large and spacious, but it's the incredible staff that truly makes the difference. From the moment my two young girls (ages 4 and almost 6) and I arrived, we were welcomed with warm greetings from Britt Ann, the Front Desk Manager. The team instantly made my girls comfortable, which is key for any parent, especially at a dental office. If my girls are comfortable, than I am comfortable! Dr. Go was our dentist. Once we were in the exam room, Dr. Go and a couple assistants came in to help and chat/help with the girls. ALl of them were fantastic at explaining everything clearly to me, but also explaining what they would do to my girls and built a good foundation of trust from the get go. My kids weren't scared or nervous at all. They probably didn't even realize they were at the dentist! The following day, I came back to get my dental cleaning (it's that time of year for all of us to get our teeth checked). And again, the level of care was nothing short of exceptional. Many staff members went out of their way to stop in and say hello, even if I wasn't their specific patient. Dr. Go was my dentist as well. And to no surprise, she was very patient with me, and explained every step of the process to me very clearly, and outlined what areas I should focus on brushing on better at home. I felt completely at ease throughout my entire visit. If I had to say there was one thing the office could work on, I would suggest having better signage out on the main room as it was hard to find the entry off of the street my first time getting there (the office is in the back of an office complex). But once inside, the 'going to the dentist' experience far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Spektor Dental, and Dr. Go!
