This place has my support. I've been coming here for a years only getting an oil change. One of my trucks went out. I brought it here, they did a full engine inspection (which is at least a $120 service), and were very gracious in their approach. This place gets straight to the point. No haggle. No games. This is the best place. I called around the area for days looking for someone who would be able to guarantee me a quick in and out for an oil change and finally found Mastertech. It seems like everyone else was too busy and couldn't guarantee me an appointment to get a routine change. You can simply pull your car around the north side of the garage and pull in the back for an oil change. The service here is by far the best you could expect. The oil change is only $24.95 but they also do regular check over your car. They vacuum the front seat after they are finished servicing. They check all your fluids, tire pressure, etc. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The service was so good I would bring my first born here for them to give parenting recommendations. They have complimentary coffee and you are able to sit within the facility where your car is being worked on. The service is quite friendly and simply gets you in and out without any additional hassle or up selling. As long as I continue to work in the area I will be bringing my car here for routine oil changes that won't cost me an arm and a leg or time off of work. read more

HORRIBLE STAY FAR AWAY Normally I do not write reviews but had to. Horrible experience and very disappointed. Mechanic was not focused on job, did an incomplete job and left brackets and bolts off. Very dangerous! Forced to have repaired by another shop and Mastertech states they are not liable for missing parts and shotty work and blamed mechanic I was forced to use. After spending thousands of dollars and being a great customer, I am highly disappointed and will never use again. When I called he never listened had to drive my car on a 1k mile trip and he never changed the oil. He said he didnt hear me but charged me. VERY RUDE said NOT HIS PROBLEM Be very aware! Test drive your car immediately after repairs and get pics of any and everything! It will save you time, energy and effort. read more

I thought my car needed $200.00 plus in repairs as quoted by Mastertech. I gave ok to do the work. They took their time and researched my problem and found it is a known problem with Honda CRV's. He recommended not wasting my money. He had bought the part already. He charged me nothing. Very honest service. They just won all my future business. read more

Mastertech will exceed your expectation easily. I won't take my car anywhere else now. The mechanics are all friendly and will explain what they are doing to your car. Oil changes happen on one side and more extensive work happens on the other. Chances are you will be in and out quickly.. They also check tire pressure, vacuum your car a little bit, it's awesome. Going above and beyond why you take your car there is standard procedure here. I recently had a brake light put in and when the mechanic opened my door, he noticed it made a squeak... so he put some lube on it so it doesn't anymore... he didn't have to - but he did. I brought knuckle for replace the wheel bearing pressed out and new one in. They charge me $50 before (about 3/4 hour labor, usually 1/2 hour jog I guess). Then this time they charge me $100(about 1.5 hour labor) for same job. Even easier than last time because I took off C ring and sleeve. I don't know they are honest or not. read more

The guys here are pros and do a top notch job. I have a 2009 Chevy Cobalt and I had to replace the front control arm and bushings which had worn over time. They quoted me a lower price than the dealer AND gave me a completely new suspension with quality parts including rear shocks. I got a loaner car free of charge and had the work done in a day. These guys were awesome! I got a tune up and an oil change in the same day, so I was sitting there for almost 2 hours. I just listened to the radio they had going and read the women's magazines they had in their waiting area. They were so nice and kept coming over and explaining what they were doing. BEWARE!!!!!! do not use them My battery kept going bad & they told me it was a alternator they said the changed it....When I got my car back it went dead the same day..I had to have it towed to a different repair shop & they showed me that the alternator was the factory original & never changed...they said it seemed as though they only cleaned the battery terminals and charged a faulty battery to get me going...the new shop installed a new battery and it has been fine for a week now..mastertech refused to answer any questions or return any calls.....they are a total SCAM outfit read more

I used AutoMD to process a quote for this shop the same time I called and was placed on hold to get an estimate as well. I don't have the person that I spoke with but it was 5/3/16 @ 3pm. I needed a timing belt replacement on a 1994 Ford Ranger 4 Cyl 2.3L engine w/A/C. They told me the a/c system would need to be drained and refilled. I thought that was odd, and I informed them the a/c is broken so it wouldn't need to be refilled. They then gave me a verbal price of $546. I informed them that while I was on hold I processed a quote (#5850393) through AutoMD and the quoted price I got was $375. At that point he told me the "book" is calling for 4.5 hours of labor, their labor rate is $99 an hour, and the parts kit would be $101, and that was it end of conversation. Based on the huge price difference of $170 I thought this post was necessary. read more
