Even though I live nearly an hour away, I still will go to them for all my auto repair needs (except oil changes, but even then if I can make it happen I'll go to Car One). There is almost no company or business I can think of that is better at customer service. If I was to right a dissertation on a PHD for "What makes a small business great" it would be about these guys. 1. They never lie to me. I trust them so much that I literally tell them "yes" to anything they say needs to be done to my car. This is due to them building up trust with me over the years to where I don't need to think about if they are trying to rip me off or not. They can see this review, so next time they see me, they COULD rip me off but I know they won't. 2. The customer service skills - they always seem to remember who I am the moment I say my name, even if I have not talked to them in over a year. Now, look at the attached picture. They literally filled out my mail-in-rebate for the tires I got from them. They even included the stamp!! They didn't have to do it, but they offered it without me asking and took care of it for me. 3. Loyalty. Read the other reviews on here. There is one guy who says he drives from Des Moines, IA because he refuses to go anywhere else. That's what it means to be loyal to a business. In Summary - there's no one better out there to work on your car. If you don't go here, it's your loss.

So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process. Over the last four and a half years I've brought in four different cars including family members cars and all have been handled with premium care. Jeff and Jim have always been overly communicative, never do any work that they don't talk to you and get your approval first, and their team does great work. The pricing is very fair. They will even give a new car a full inspection and give you honest feedback. We had a family member buy a car from Carvana that had some issues that were covered under warranty. CD Jr dealt with the third party completely and updated us every step of the way. If you want your car worked on by honest mechanics who won't talk down to you (a complaint my wife certainly and justifiably has) and treat you with respect, go to Jeff and the gang.

Never fixed, had to take to ford. Acorn managed to do $2939.48 in damage. Destroying fuel tank and fuel pump when they removed gas tank for unapproved and unwarranted work. After 4 discussions how they lowered gas tank with pallet jack and boards, they then denied they ever lowered gas tank. I was told 3 times car wasn't ready because tank was off car. They explained in detail to ford how they lowered it. Then they denied they ever lowered tank. They never returned my calls, never responded to better business bureau complaint. They kept guessing what was wrong. Deeply disturbing after many years supporting them.

(I do currently have a membership, though!) We were across the street, eating, and he mentioned that his tire light was on. His car didn't indicate WHICH tire was turning the light on so I suggested we pop over to this Costco Tire Center so address the issue. 3 tires were actually over inflated and 1 was 10 PSI under! The machine quickly adjusted all 4 tires with the automatic measuring device and we were ready to head to the next stop of the evening! A great value for Costco card holders indeed.
