I enjoyed the soft serve ice cream. I got the twist. The matcha was very earthy and not what I was used to when it came to matcha flavor. I am unsure what flavor the black part was, but I enjoyed it a lot more than the matcha part. My mom got a berry latte, which she liked.

Stopped in to try their strawberry mango matcha but strawberry wasn't available so they gave me double mango. They should've discounted the price due to me still ordering the special but it was tasty. Probably wouldn't order again but I like this chain. I only like this location for the seating options. It's an aesthetic for sure.

A great pit-stop for matcha lattes and other goodies -- this location has a lovely outdoor patio, highly recommend coming with a friend! The special lattes are fun, my favorite was the Indigo Glow. They did run out of regular milk, didn't love the almond but otherwise liked the latte. The matcha pastries were enticing, so will have to come back for those.

TL:DR- Good spot for a quick matcha pick-me-up if you don't want coffee. I wasn't a huge fan of the donught Drinks- I got the seasonal pumpkin matcha and I tasted the texture of the pumpkin. It was different but I don't know if I'd get it again. I prefer a more typical blend. Service- they were all super friendly Ambiance- lots of space in the backyard open patio! And there's wifi

I came here almost a month ago with a friend while visiting the city for work. I love cafes and especially matcha, and saw this place had good ratings on google so I made sure this would be something I couldn't miss. I loved the minimalist and peaceful interior decor. It was very clean and bright, with lots of natural light and soft lighting used as more of an accent. I took lots of pictures of different elements I liked and tried to do a few videos too because I knew I wouldn't be back since I live in a different country, but wanted to share it with friends who love this city like I do. Unfortunately one of the tearistas thought I was filming them and understandably wasn't happy - I personally censor people out when I know I don't have their consent, and I don't really go out of my way broadcasting content EVERYWHERE and I don't have a big following on social media. It was a bit of a turn off that even when I apologized and explained myself, they kind of never stopped looking at me with disgust and annoyance. In terms of the food, I got their matcha brownie. I didn't like the way it tasted like a protein bar. I think there are ways to make vegan food taste like the original. It was not my style and I ended up throwing half of it. The portion was really big though! It was a good value. I got their matcha slush as it was a warm 26 C day and I regrettably chose to wear an outfit meant for 10 C weather. It was great but it was ~$10 USD (=$14 CAD) which honestly felt like a scam. Is all matcha in this city priced this way??????? They have a private backyard patio with white wooden benches and fencing. I loved that this place was like a private peaceful getaway from all the hustle and bustle of this city.

Lovely new spot in Williamsburg. Exceedingly friendly and approachable staff. Widest array of matcha variations I've seen in my life: drinks, pastries, soft serve, and other treats! Tried the straight up and the matcha donut - both amazing. I take my matcha seriously and could tell their ingredients were high quality. They have a lovely back patio which is a nice escape from the bustle of the city. Knocking off 1 star because of the steep prices ($6.50 for a single donut? ?)

Ambience was very good, there's outdoor seating and also a bit of a quieter back room for breakfast/lunch hours. Service was quick and easy. Would definitely stop back in!

Oh, Ange Noir... I once had a love relationship with your food that was top-tier for years, I'd…read moreorder weekly! However, the takeout delivery has just got was dreadful. You've really went downhill. Everything is dreadfully smaller for the same price. You used to have a giant fluffy egg square on your breakfast sandwich and now I've gotten one lumpy small egg drenched in so much overly spicy sauce - that used to be more soft and palatable, I can't even taste anything else, to compensate for the lack of sandwich for over $12. Insane. The fries were the highlight of my meal and that's really saying a lot. $6.50 for one of the smallest iced coffees I've ever received... I think you're staying open on highway robbery alone. Or that the gentrifiers just don't give a damn. Honestly, I could've gotten something better at the Bodega for less than $35 after the Uber fees. I feel bad leaving this honestly, but... how you go from such a wonderfully established place to some dreadful experience is just sad. Do better, become yourself again, because unfortunately I won't be ordering anymore.

Shucks I wanted to give this place five stars but it didn't start so well. The first barista who…read moretook my order was really great. I first ordered a chai latte and he said I could do two different syrups so I got the pumpkin and salted maple, though I was worried about it being too sugary so he suggested I could just do half a pump of each. He asked me what the name of the order would be and I said "Aida" (the phonetic spelling is ah-EE-dah). And then I heard the other barista say something along the lines of, "oh Aida, how about 'Aida' rather not be here", pretty rude if you ask me. And then I ordered the spicy nook sandwich. And when another server called my named to grab it she didn't even knowledge me when I tried to thank her and instead she talked to her coworker while I was right in front of her. The sandwich was really good, so was my chai tea. I really like the pumpkin and salt and maple syrups too. I did like all the options for seating although it was pretty packed. I'd say if you have a big party get there early. By 7pm the whole place was filled. There was a huge majong club that came in and took the whole back area, it was so crammed there were lines for the bathroom. Over all I had a good time. I really like the music too just know it gets very busy in there. The employees I would say were hit or miss. The ones that were great though I really liked. Just seem like the ones who didn't really give attention to customers or were kind of rude seemed like they didn't wanna be there.
