Got towed here, and Steve and his crew got to work right away and had the bearing replaced and a new drum fitted in under 2 hours. I was about to head out and noticed a frayed 7-pin electrical cable, which they were able to replace in no time also. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. His wife says it's no problem. her father managed a State Farm insurance company and she gave me her card and said take it to Coach Masters and I thought OK sounds good. first thing in the morning I went over there and I let them know that my card been door dinged and I gave them her card and they said yes we know her and we know her father and that he ran the State Farm and they do a lot of business with them and they'd give him a call. I set up an appointment and he wrote up an estimate how much it would cost and one little door dang mind you was almost $1900. They had my car for five days and when I got my car back, I was absolutely amazed. You never have known that that car had any do any work done to it anything the paint was pristine. Now Coach Masters told me that this paint was specialty paint and that it was gonna be very difficult to paint because the stage paint they took out my window had to take off the underneath fender well and had to be prepped correctly, and the dent was very deep. When I got that car back it was beautiful. They cut and polished the whole car. It was gorgeous. If you ever have any work that needs to be done. Take it to Coach Masters. Their company has been around for a long time and if I ever have to have work done. I will absolutely take it there

It was a warrantied item and a huge undertaking! The entire slide mechanism needed to be ordered and replaced. There was a little incident when an employee was using a weed trimmer to clean up the lot and hit a rock which broke a window. Amazingly not only did they get the window replaced at the same time the slide was done they replaced it with a higher end window! They also detailed and waxed the entire motorhome for us as a courtesy. Every time I've gone there, I've never had an issue, but rather a compliment! For those of you who complain, consider what the complaint is really about. Is it them or is it you? Be patient and kind because it gets you a long way. Having driven 20,000 miles on 80,000-mile tires they should not require replacement even if they had never been rotated and that is affirmed by experts. (And, yes it may be good to rotate your tires, but be sure you do so within the tight mileage guidelines of Les Schwab or they will nullify your warranty) And equally significant is their gross overcharging. The more I thought about the failure of service and accountability I knew I needed to look elsewhere for a new set of tires and much to my amazement I purchased the same quality tires and paid $552.86 versus the Les Schwab quote at $736.10; that is a savings of $183.24. I guess Les Schwab wants consumers to help pay for their new building.

I can't overstate just how above-and-beyond this shop is…read more My 1991 Ford E-350 7.3l diesel has a broken fuel gauge, so I tend to fill up every 100 miles out of an abundance of caution. I pushed it a little further than I should have, and ran out of fuel about 2 miles from the nearest gas station in Redding. After a local towing service denied my AAA and tried to charge me nearly $250 for a 2-mile tow to the gas station, I was left stranded on the shoulder of the northbound I-5. I called this shop and told them what happened, and without any hesitation the owner himself came to meet me with a 5-gallon can of diesel. Not only did he get fuel in my tank, help me prime the fuel filter, and get the air out of the fuel lines right there on the side of the freeway - he also made sure to elaborate on WHY this happens with my particular vehicle, explaining the nature of the issue and how it's a common problem with older diesel Fords. He then said he wanted me to come by the shop so they could give the vehicle a once-over. They replaced an air filter in less than 20 minutes (only delay was waiting for the part to get delivered over), and even found some replacement bolts for the interior engine compartment cover that I had been missing for years. All of this combined, including the roadside service, was less than what that despicable towing company wanted to charge me. I'm tempted to drive up from Los Angeles more often, simply to get service of this quality. Many thanks!
