Attempted to peruse the store for a new mattress on Sunday 08/24. The associate was extremely pushy. After explaining that we just wanted to look, he kept excessively asking question about size and what we were looking for. We attempted to say we just wanted to look and feel first but he was very argumentative that we find our size first; as if he was rushing us out of the store. Will not be returning. Also argued with my partner about whether or not he would fit in a bed that he really would not fit in. Not inviting in the slightest. read more

Horrible, the purple mattress is garbage and mattress firm won't honor its warranty. I bought it in February of 2022 and didn't even have it paid off when the sides broke down. The layers are separated and bushing back and they claim its normal. I'm 58 and never in my entire life has a mattress ever done anything like this, not even my last pillow top that I had for 15 years. Don't let them lie to you and steal your money. Jason was awesome and did an excellent job helping us. We have a tight timeline to get the delivery done, and he made it happen.

We put off mattress shopping for months, but the process through Mattress Firm ended up being fantastic. The salesman in the show room explained the color-coding system to us and otherwise backed off so that we could test the different beds. He chimed in to offer advice, but he was never looming or pushy. After we found the right mattress, we were impressed that it could be delivered the same day, but we opted for it to be delivered the next day. We had an automated call that night giving us the time frame in which the mattress would be delivered. We had another call when the truck was about 30 minutes out; and yes, it was all done within the provided time frame. Wow, were those delivery guys efficient. They literally rolled a red carpet up to our front door. They hauled out the old mattresses. As they set up the new mattresses, they even paused to ask if we wanted to put a bed skirt on the box spring. I was impressed by their consideration. The entire delivery process was complete in under five minutes without any mess or hassle. Mattress Firm really exceeded our expectations through every step. read more

I went to Mattress Firm Buckeye thinking that I needed an extra firm mattress for an upcoming surgery. Ken helped me and showed me how an extra firm would not work for me. He had me try a medium mattress with pressure points which also had an adjustable base. This bed felt much better and the adjustable base is ideal for after my surgery. I was concerned about delivery thinking that I couldn't get it in time. I was surprised when he told me that it could be delivered 2 days later on a Sunday. After it was set up, I thought that the height was fine but after sleeping on it the first night I decided that it needed to be higher. I went back to the store and Jason helped me. He scheduled for guys to come 2 days later to adjust the height. Now I am a happy camper! The service at the Buckeye Mattress Firm is excellent and the badge that the employees wear that says Sleep Expert sure is true. read more

Great experience and fast service. We needed a mattress for our extra bedroom, so we didn't want anything too expensive. They have samples of the mattresses so you can try them out before buying, which is really nice. Prices start at $199. We found a matress and boxspring for $450 which is a good deal. And we know it is brand new. I highly recommend this place if you have never bought a good mattress. read more

A couple of months ago I was put into a position to have to purchase an electric bed/mattress to accommodate the needs of my 57 year old cousin afflicted with muscular dystrophy. The situation was critical and timely. I explained my concerns to my salesman, Mike. He guided me through all of the features that would be beneficial to my cousin, and also steered me away from unnecessary ones. Mike gave of his time and compassion in a situation that was heartbreaking, and as a result my cousins life is enhanced. Mike was patient with me as I was spending money that was not mine, but my cousins who was immobilized at that time. I feel that this kindness should be recognized and acknowledged and that not only Mike knows how much he is appreciated, but that the company and other future customers know and can put their confidence and trust in a guy like him. I have been to this store in the past, and the salesman was rude and only showed me mattresses that were over double my budget. But I figured since we didn't find a mattress that my daughter liked I would give them one more chance. I was very glad I did, this time our sales rep Allison S. was amazing. I explained to her that I was on a tight budget, and she was sincere and understanding. Allison only showed me mattresses that were in my price range. She was so patient with my daughter and me while we were there, and she even wrote down the costs of the mattresses we were looking at, and did not pressure me to purchase anything. Needless to say, we did leave the store without purchasing. But I called her a few hours later saying we would be back before closing to make our purchase. We arrived right before the store closed, and I ended up purchasing 2 queen beds. I did go over my budget a little, just to have a better base for the mattress. But it was worth it. Our sales rep Allison stayed after the store closed on a Saturday night just to assist us. Not once did she hurry us to finalize our purchase since the store was closed. She stressed that her main concern was that we were 100% positive those were the mattresses we wanted. Then we were able to get out delivery Sunday night. We had a great experience, and we love our new mattresses. I would definitely return to this store. Make sure you ask for Allison, she is definitely the best sales person there. I went to purchase a mattress from this company Saturday night, 10/24/2015. When my card was ran, the employee stated that the computer was freezing. I checked my account and the charge was pending. I informed the employee of this, but was told that their system did not have it on their end. The employee asked if he could run my card again. I informed the employee he could as long as this charge was backed out. The employee stated he did and re-ran my card. I again checked my bank account and saw only one charge. The employee stated the system was freezing again and he had to contact his Help Desk. As I was waiting, I again checked my bank account and saw three separate charges from Mattress Firm. Apparently, while speaking with his Help Desk, unknown to me, my card was ran again for a slightly lesser amount. I informed the employee of this and was informed they were having server issues and that the pending charges would be released by Sunday night and only one charge would remain. I was promised free delivery Sunday between 7pm and 10pm. Sunday morning I was contacted by the employee who informed me that delivery could not be completed on Sunday as my order was not "paid for" on their side as it was still showing as pending payments; the bed would be delivered between 7pm and 10pm on Monday. I informed the employee the bed would need to be delivered prior to 10pm as a family member, who needed the bed, would be arriving at the airport 10pm Monday. The employee said they could get the bed delivered between 12pm and 3pm Monday. The employee then called me again and stated the 12pm to 3pm delivery time could not happen as the payments need to be in Paid, not Pending status to be placed on the delivery truck. At this point, as I needed the bed and was promised the pending payments we be released by Monday, I asked if I paid in cash could the bed be delivered by the 3pm Monday time. I was informed that it could and all payments from my card would be cancelled. Later when I checked my account all payments, over $570.00, were now in Paid, not Posted status. I contacted the store and was told that payments were showing in Pending still. I emailed the store a copy of my bank account and was contacted by a supervisor. The supervisor promised me that the refunds would be in my account by end of day Monday and I was given free delivery. As of today, Tuesday 10/27/2015 my refund has not been received. I called the store and the store employee stated his supervisor would call me back, which he did; however I am now being told my refund will not be posted to my account until, possibly Thursday. Needless to say I will never use this company again and will be also contacting the Better Business Bureau. read more
