Edrees wasn't pushy, took his time to explain what he was doing when having us test out like 7 different models & their features, and then left us alone for a few to make up our own minds. It was a good processes and we felt good about the decision. This brands are all solid and well-known, and their process seems pretty tight. Give yourself an hour or so if you go, it's no surprise these things aren't inexpensive and you're going to spend a quarter of your life in bed, so make it count.

My family and I are big advocates for supporting local businesses rather than big box companies. However, we expect from all, big or small companies, respect and exceptional customer service. This is not what I experienced at this store. I went into the store looking for a sectional and possibly also a dining table. The salesperson was very attentive and willing to answer my questions. Before purchasing the sectional, I decided to check out other stores that same day to make sure I was getting a relatively good price and wasn't missing out on something else. I returned to the store the next day with the intention of buying the sectional but this is when it turned.... I asked the salesperson if the price for the sectional was the best given I saw another couch very similar at another store for less. He told me to speak to the owner regarding the price. I told the owner that I saw a similar couch for less and he told me they weren't the same. Of course I knew that! I asked him what the difference was and he gave me a short response - the quality. Ok... that was a general response so I asked further, "what about the quality?" He answered, I don't know how to explain. After a few seconds, he said.. the fabric.. warranty. Alright so then he asked me "is this your first time buying a couch?" And I said, yes. He then looked at the salesperson and said, "you see". He then said, "how old are you?" I responded, 34. He then he said "you're researching like you're 17". I was dumbfounded. It was insulting as if age had anything to do with this. He was alluding to my ability to purchase furniture, lack there of. I walked out and will never return. He tried to say that I "looked 17" which was even worse given I am a grown woman and want to be treated as such. Age has nothing to do with shopping for furniture!!! If I didn't sound "informed".. take the time to educate me, your customer, as that extra step may take you a long way! Maybe it will get you more business vs. losing it. Respect and customer service is key!!!

However, within a day or two of delivery, my husband's chair stopped working. I called the store on a Sunday, not expecting anything more than a few suggestions of what to do. Instead, a technician arrived at our door less then an hour later. He was unable to fix the issue. Peggy ordered a new chair, it was delivered within a few days and its been working great since then. Their promise to make sure that we were satisfied with everything was definitely fulfilled. I would truly recommend both their products and their excellent customer service!

After went to many places I went in and told the sales person Faiz my price point and what my back is like and what I wanted to sleep on. He was incredible and showed me their BedMatch. It was a sleep diagnosis system developed by some sleep experts that will scan your pressure points and will suggest few mattress they have in their floor. You must try it. I was in there with Faiz for an hour, and we just went back and forth between Tempurpedic and Kingstown. I chose the Tempurpedic and it got delivered in 2 days. I spent little more then I wanted but it was best investment I ever made. The delivery crew was fantastic. They even took my old mattress away. In general, the bed has been great. It took me a little bit to get used to its firmness and how it gets to your body, but I love it. I highly recommended Mattress Warehouse. Ask for Faiz if you really want good night sleep.

I recently took my in-laws furniture shopping at Bob's Furniture, and we had two very different…read morecustomer service experiences. First, I want to recognize James W. He greeted us when we arrived and was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to help us configure the furniture in different layouts so my in-laws could better visualize how it would look in their home. He never rushed us and made the shopping experience enjoyable. His customer service was truly 10/10. Unfortunately, another employee, an older woman with short red hair, left us with a very negative impression. She made inappropriate jokes in front of my in-laws, and she falsely accused my children of damaging furniture when nothing had been broken. My children were simply trying out the furniture, just as many customers do, and they were under my supervision the entire time. Her comments were unnecessary, unprofessional, and made our family feel uncomfortable. It's one thing to politely remind customers of store policies, but it's another to make false accusations and embarrass families in front of others. I hope the store or regional manager takes this feedback seriously. While James provided exceptional service, this employee's behavior was disappointing and detracted from what otherwise could have been a great shopping experience. I hope she receives additional customer service training so future customers are treated with kindness and respect.

As much as I wanted to love my mattress, I have to say I'm disappointed with the one I selected…read more Being indecisive and reluctant to commit to a mattress for the next decade, I chose the one that you could swap out the top layer for different firmness levels. On one half of the bed I got medium and soft, and on the other half, I got soft and soft. I prefer soft beds but even the soft/soft layered side is a little too firm for my taste. I never did get used to it and I've had it for nearly a year at this point. The part that makes me regret choosing this particular mattress is that it's impossible to get the layers to sit just right. They need to be snug and it's hard to get them not to slope. It's like a two layer cake where the layers never quite line up just right. I love that the materials are eco friendly and honestly I would consider a different mattress from the same store, just not one with layers that shift so easily. I think I paid around $4,000 for this mattress, but they sell a traditional spring mattress for half that price and I wish I had gone with that one instead (and then maybe bought a topper for softness).
