The server said it would take about 15 minutes, and I think that was pretty accurate. We ended up ordering the following: Salmon Nigiri - 3/5 this was a little bit more salty than I normally expect of my nigiri. Spicy California Roll - 5/5 tasted like a fresh California roll with some spicy mayo on it. It wasn't very spicy though? Mild enough for the non-spice lovers. Tempura Roll - 5/5 this was probably my favorite roll. It was simple yet delicious. You can't ever go wrong with unagi sauce. Smash Roll - 4/5 the smash roll was really good. I was feeling less ravenous after being on a boat earlier in the day, so I ordered a bowl of saimin soup. This soup was also pretty reasonably priced for $8. For the unfamiliar: this is a Hawaiian ramen-ish soup, with a savory broth, char siu and fish cakes. It was cozy and perfect for my queasy tummy. The service was outstanding each time we dined in, and we made sure to hit up the little gift stand on our way out which is stocked with some local jams in tropical flavors.
