They came out and helped us fix our well. He worked until we had water again. Great customer service and reasonably priced!

I've recently had a BAD experience with another (WELL KNOWN) plumbing company that I had snake a…read moreclogged sink which took only 40 minutes* to fix (I did the math and it worked out to be *$509.45 per hour!!!)... :^( But today I had first hand experience with Bert's Well & Pump Service! And my conclusion can be summed up in these SIX WORDS: HIGH QUALITY - LOW COST - FAST SERVICE!!! :^) Very truly yours, D. R.

My lessons from the failure of the well drilling project with this contractor are:…read more(1) The agreement: the contractor asked me to sign at the beginning of the project, which is 100% favorable to the contractor and the dry borehole cost is much higher than other contractors. Since the office lady told me they would try their best to help me in the project and I wanted to give some business opportunity to this local contractor, I agreed to do the project with concerns. (2) No walk-through onsite: I asked many times to have a walk-through to determine the location of the borehole and get hydrogeological data from related website, they said they were so busy everyday with urgent pump repairs. Finally they picked a spot at the front yard for the convenience of their drilling truck. I questioned the spot and the lady replied it's the only spot the Health Department allowed which was not the case. (3) Little information provided during the project. Since it was a not a small project, I asked them to give me introduction on how they do the work, some brochures of the pump, pressure tank and piping, and videos on how they do the work on website. I got a pump picture only without any specification. The company website they asked to me check has no more than structure of website. I understand the risk of well drilling with dry pockets, but the way they used didn't do any help to reduce the risk. The only thing was their financial benefit was protected to maximum, and left a buried dry borehole, damaged grass at front yard and mud dumped at backyard for me.
