I took the most affordable quote from Kyle Automotive Service Center. I was pleased when the shop called 4 hours later to tell me it was fixed. I picked up my Toyota and was surprised to find out it was cheaper than he originally quoted me because he got the job done sooner than expected. The drive is super smooth no more weird noises, no more feeling like my car is going to just break down on the road. The tech (Duncan) listened to all my concerns and even got in the car with me to drive so I can point out what I'm feeling and what the sound is making. He made sure he took his time to even show me underneath the lift what was going on in my car. Those totaled over $1000 so I told them no thank you and immediately contacted Morgan. He gave me some recommendations at my mileage and we decided on the services to move forward with. He did a thorough inspection of my truck and some services that we thought might be needed, didn't need attention at this time. It turns out my belt and spark plugs were great so he recommended some services that he could do but weren't necessary and there was zero pressure to get done. The communication with the shop was fantastic throughout the process and the customer service & professionalism was outstanding as well. They worked with my schedule and kept me up to date with the progress and completed the work in one day. I am again extremely please with the work done and would recommend him to everyone. I will continue to be back so that my truck can run another 100,000 miles.
