He did a thorough inspection of my truck and some services that we thought might be needed, didn't need attention at this time. It turns out my belt and spark plugs were great so he recommended some services that he could do but weren't necessary and there was zero pressure to get done. The communication with the shop was fantastic throughout the process and the customer service & professionalism was outstanding as well. Every inspector has pointed out items that may be of concern such as tire wear pattern, non working back up light on suv lift-gate(not state requirement),.
