We came on a Friday evening, which didn't help, but this location is never not busy. The food hits the spot every time. The fries aren't my fave fast food fry (controversial?) but they're good enough, especially with the spread. I'm not sure how such a thin burger can be undercooked but in n out has managed to serve me a few like this

I've never once wrote a review for anything let alone a bad one. it's 1:43 on 03/12/2021 and Im on a trip with my sister and and I Politely ask the heavier set clerk at the shop to put 15 on pump number four and she proceeds to look at me and then look away and not say anything and then I walked out to go pump my gas and she refused to sell my sister a case of beer and a pack of juul pods. Cause she needed to see my ID? were both of age but I can't believe how much of a solid bitch she was. also I wasn't even in the store? she just said because we came together she needed it. which I find insane. she should absolutely not be working in any customer service job. read more

I told Keegan I get that everybody's understaffed and we're all busy, but if you don't have time to actually go do what you say you're going to do which is look for it then just ask somebody else to help the customer instead of telling them something that's not true. I would like to see this location give all of their employees some customer service remediation. This is not my first poor customer service at this location. I think everybody could benefit from it.
