I went to Mavis on Oriskany St in Utica NY this evening because I had a headlight out. As I was…read morewalking up to the door a gentleman said hello to me and I noticed the Mavis shirt he was wearing so I told him I needed a headlight bulb and asked if he could put it in for me and he said they close in 8 minutes( yes it was 4:52) and it would take an hour to change a bulb in my kind of car(a 2018 Chevy Equinox) so I got in my car and went down the road to Auto Zone. I walked in told the kid as the register that I needed a bulb for the passenger side headlight and asked if they would put it in. The kid said yes got my vehicle make and model and asked which bulb I needed. My car takes 2 on each side. I told him I wasnt sure so he asked where my car was. I walked him out to my car and he took out the old bulb then him and I walked back into the store. He grabbed the correct bulb and told me he needed grease to put in it to put it in I said ok. He cashed me out, put the grease in the bulb, walked back out with me and put the bulb back in. Then hole process took 10 minutes not an hour like the guy at Mavis said it would take. I will not be going back to that Mavis ever again! That guy shouldn't even be working there if it takes him an hour to change a light bulb!!!! ​
