He walked me out to my vehicle to show me that (huzzah!) my tires were only half-worn and didn't need replacing yet. (Had I strolled into another local tire place, I probably would have gotten the old, "Oh wow. You've been driving on these for how long? They must be changed immediately!"-routine.) But not Russ and his crew. The one suggestion the owner made was a tire rotation, which I took him up on. Service was speedy and the staff was very customer-friendly. I was worried I stepped into a lemon. Mike's made sure the car was safe and mechanically sound. They gave me the best price by looking at all options. They serviced some items for free because they worked on the car previously and obviously care about people and reputation. I can't attest to long term reliability as I have not had the right data to accurately determine. Honestly, the car I bought was for my son and an "old starter car". But they were kind, low on Cost, and accurate in their diagnosis of the problems. I was very appreciative of their customer service and mechanical service. Hats off to the person answering phones and helping with pricing. She was just as important as the solid mechanical work. She looked at pricing, conferred with the mechanic and maintained great communication.

I always go to jiffy lube for oil changes. I am not a car guy though. Jiffy lube is the super cuts…read moreof oil change. You know what you're getting. They have all their service in a company wide data base as well so typically they run your plates in their tablet and they know what they did the last time. They use that to upsell you as well but generally routine maintenance. I figure some day I'll learn to change my own oil and I'll never come back and will not miss jiffy lube but I generally don't feel ripped off here. Generally the wait is pretty short too, but they don't do appointments. You know... jiffy lube.

Aaron replies " damn, yeah it is I should just take his seal off and use it for mine. that is not a joking matter nor did they act like it was a joke, they were serious! now if something is wrong with my car I know exactly why. I am taking it elsewhere to check and see if everything is still in tact. they also never checked my filter, fluids etc but marked it as they did. will never return so long as those two work there. there's plenty of other good places to go..
