All the waiters are current students so my dad chatted with ours about her program. I believe the menu changes seasonally, but all our dishes were simply superb. It did take a little while between courses, but we were in no rush and the view was stunning so we enjoyed it. I started with the foie gras torchon, and it was divine. I love foie gras but I had recently had some mediocre one in Toronto, so I was hesitant to try this one. At my mom's urging I ordered it and thank god I did! The foie gras melted in my mouth like butter. My family also shared the smoked seafood plate, there were oysters and other types of seafood along with bread. You could really taste the smoke, even in the bread. It was amazing. My dad also started with the mussels, which were great. My mom got a small plate of lobster (she doesn't eat that much), and it was great and the perfect size for her!
