    Lobster roll

Amazing lunch here- the seafood chowder was great, the lobster roll- . Staff is friendly and service was great.

Wandered in to this place on a random visit to P.E.I. and the people here were very welcoming. I was able to talk sports with Doug the owner. He said he dunked on Shaq in his day. I think that's what I remember. Amanda recommended the haddock tacos and they were dynamite. Coup de grâce was they had Slap yo Mama spice behind the bar. Unbelievable place.

    Seafood Chowder

This place is amazing!! We had the seafood chowder and fish cakes. The chowder was to die for. The fish cakes came with a Cajun sauce that expertly complemented the meal. The flatiron potato's were perfect with a Dogside beer! The service was great and the outside seating was perfect for the fall weather.

This was all that was left of the amazing seafood chowder. A must have ! Oh and my husband hand steeling my garlic mashed potatoes lol

Doug and Rachel have created an amazing vibe that is immediately evident as you walk through the front door. The servers were friendly and efficient but the mussels and oysters were absolutely spectacular! Cheers!

If you don't have the beef sliders you're letting the best in life pass you by. The fish sliders are a close second. Excellent service, the place has lots of charm

Food was pretty awful, burnt burger buns, dry tortillas, over salted shrimp; service was good.

Great cocktails, great atmosphere and the haddock burger is my favourite thing to eat in Charlottetown right now!

Lobster roll while it did have lobster on it was very plain in taste and the bread was barely grilled and lacked any buttery flavor.

The food, ambiance and service at The Cork & Cast was excellent. We especially enjoyed dining outside on a lovely summer evening.

Try the sea chowder. Possibly the best that I have ever had. Sit outside on the water, order the seafood. You will be back.

Super cool bar with coffee and local beer options! Glad we stopped here for coffee and breakfast…read moresandwiches as our last stop before leaving the island. Friendly staff, great ambiance, exposed bricks and ambiance with an industrial, eclectic feel, and delicious lattes and breakfast sandwiches. I wish we were here long enough to come for adult beverages, but I would return when we do come back.

Bar 1911 is a really cool coffee & beer bar that is perfect for serving up some delicious craft…read morecoffee (serving beans from around the world including pilot coffee roasters from Toronto), local brews, and a perfect vibes for studying. Not to mention a great little menu that is affordable, yummy, and accommodating to many dietary needs like vegan or GF. 1911 is in the basement of an old jail and has an artsy eclectic vibe, low key mood, and kind of fun speakeasy energy to it. The service is very friendly (albeit can be a tad slow in busy hours) but always with a smile. Great hours open M-Th 8am -9pm, F 8am -10pm, Sat 9am-10pm, Sun 9am-8pm so they really do it all from cozy breakfast vibes, to grabbing an afternoon study and coffee session, down to happy hour and dinner or a late night date. The coffee is delicious and on par price with most coffee shops ranging from $2.25 for a small drip to $4+ for latte or handcrafted drink like macchiato or cappuccino. They serve local PEI teas from Lady Baker Teas and the rotating local craft beer always has a selection for everyone from sours and stouts to IPA and light ales. The food menu is not big but it is creative and will definitely have something to entertain your tastebuds. While serving sizes are not big, the price is on point for what you are ordering, anything from appetizers and finger food like hummus bowls, nachos, and dumplings to sandwich's and wraps or Mac & cheese and burrito style bowls twisted with vegetarian and/or GF fusion like cashew coconut cream cheese or sweet and spicy Dijon spread. The turkey sandwich was pretty good, thick bread and hefty serving of turkey and toppings so a good study lunch while the Coconut cream Mac & cheese my friend ordered came in a little cast iron with a golden crispy cheese covered top on gluten free penne with a side of tortillas, smelled heavenly! 1911 is a really fun and productive vibe and Ill def be back for more study sessions (Wifi is posted right up on the wall on a huge board) or maybe ill hit a happy hour with friends next time to try some local stout as the weather gets colder.
