I hired Max Pro Moving for a cross country move from Menifee, California to Hollywood, Florida & i'm overall very happy with how it was executed. The moving crew in California were a super friendly, polite bunch of guys who work extremely well & efficiently together. No weird sketchy vibes. They all exuded trustworthiness. Very respectful of my stuff and asked me questions about how I wanted things rather than just guessing & winging it which I love. I packed most of my boxes so I can't really comment on how they pack boxes but there wasn't one dent or gash in the house which is impressive considering I had some really heavy/large & higher end furniture items. They added mats and cardboard to protect my floors and stair handrails & even wore booties while working on my rugs so they wouldn't get too dirty during the process which I know is super annoying so I greatly appreciate that gesture for customers like me who care about keeping their area rugs as clean as possible. They input how to build/take apart the furniture in their own online system so the movers unloading know how to put it back together which I thought was cool. There was a minor mishap with the garage door but it was immediately addressed and resolved very promptly & commendably. The cross country driver/unloader Q (Kwasi) was awesome and handled everything very well considering the time crunch since his flight back to CA was scheduled that same evening of the move. The movers they hired in FL to help unload were also a nice bunch of guys, not as great as the crew from Max pro moving but they got the job done! My stuff wasn't held hostage and they didn't try charging me a dollar more than what I agreed to pay from the get. Overall i'm very impressed and so happy I decided to go with Max Pro moving.
