Brent is the "Real McCoy" when it comes to service writers. He's very knowledgeable about all aspects of vehicle maintenance. I mentioned in my last review, how happy the customers are, I now notice how happy the crew is too. I'm sure I can't give Brent all the credit, but it seems morale is up which is great especially since the pandemic seems to keep holding many of us back. This was for tire balance and rotation, and the vehicle needed to be back on the road the same day. Total miscommunication and refusal to honor what they confirmed by phone. This is not the first issue at this location -- we've previously had wrong tires installed, defective tires installed, valve stems not replaced, and brand-new tires leaking air. Store manager David showed no accountability and dismissed the issue. Poor communication, repeated mistakes, and lack of responsibility. Not recommended.
