In any event, I diverted and bought pre-made sandwiches to save time. When I checked out, I told the checker about my online order, and he mentioned that to be standard. Honestly, this is all just a shame since you have great food, but a crappy online system and a deli employee who, let's be honest, hates or appears to either hate his job or the customers.
