Side note: we came in early for a follow up appointment and while we waited she was doing some clerical work placing orders for dresses via the computer, but what I loved was she followed up with the orders by calling and verifying they went through before the end of the business day. So if you are looking for a beautiful and genuine gown shopping experience that will leave you feeling at ease and well taken care of, then this is your place. I walked in seeing so many different gowns. My stylist Efrain introduced himself and I showed him my Pinterest board. He knew exactly what I was looking for. He pulled some dresses and one in particular that wasn't my favorite but I put the gown on and was blown away. Efrain has immaculate taste and guided me through the entire process. I never felt pressured from him . After the appointment, I had to take a step back from dress shopping because I was feeling a little overwhelmed due to the amount of dresses I've tired on and I lost the plot a little bit. I rescheduled an appointment to go back and try the dress I loved on so much and other options. I still came back to the gown and I loved it. The second appointment was even more amazing! She also knew nothing about what I wanted or what I was looking for although I spoke to someone over the phone a few days earlier. I told her my price point and she just stared at me with confusion. She would ask me "what about this" to every dress even though I wasn't looking for something like it, would walk across the room and yell "what about this" and when I told her kindly no, she just walked off looking for more dresses. In the fitting room, she just threw the dresses to the side once you got out of them. She didn't help with anything more than zipping up the dresses and didn't even bother to fit one of the dresses to me because "it looks like it fits". Once I would leave the dressing room to show my family members, she wouldn't help with accessories or questions, just went back to the room to take back the other dresses. You can imagine this took an hour maybe 1.5 hours but we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Mind you, I had to pay $50 for this appointment. I had 2 more dresses in the room and didn't even care to finish trying on the other dresses because she was rude and so unhelpful. When I told her I was done trying on dresses, she just said "ok" and rushed us out of the building. Total waste of time and money, don't come here unless you want to be treated like crap.

The seamstress Garine was kind and helpful, but another employee Zina was so incredibly rude. She came off very kind in the beginning but she is a very hostile woman who made the entire experience a very sad one for me and it's still on my mind. When I went to pick up my dress, she called me and immediately accused me of being "disrespectful" for not doing all my alterations with them--something that was never stated to me as a clear policy. In person, she continued to speak to me harshly and said I wasted their time and what I did was not acceptable. She said it so many times and so aggressively I started to cry, and only then she felt bad for being so ridiculously harsh. I even offered to apologize to her seamstress who she claims I was wasting her time, to which she then told told me "it's not a big deal" To make it worse, I was quoted $50 but charged $75 with no clear explanation. I did not want to further argue so I paid what was asked. I went in to pick up my wedding dress, an experience every girl wants to remember for the rest of their lives and left feeling upset and honestly in tears. No customer should be treated this way. Would not recommend doing business with someone like her.
