If I could give negative stars, this place would get -10. We arrived right at 11:00 AM when they opened, but the doors were locked. A child (around 9-11 years old) came and unlocked them a few minutes later. We were the first customers there. After ordering, we sat down and found the table covered in grime. I went to get a high chair for my son, and two of them were stuck together because they were so dirty. Then we went to get drinks, and the soda machine had old syrup buildup all over it. The child appeared to be related to an employee and was handling items in the dining area. We watched him drop the salad tongs on the floor, then place those same tongs back into the salad bar. We immediately told an employee and got a refund for the salad bar. He said he would talk to the child, but the contaminated tongs and salad were left out. The child then got in another customer's personal space while talking to him, and that customer eventually requested a refund and left. When our food came out, it was the wrong order. The food itself tasted okay, but after everything we had already seen, it was hard to feel comfortable eating there. The bathrooms weren't awful, but for us being the first customers of the day, they should have been much cleaner. Overall, this place appears poorly managed, unsanitary, and unprofessional. went in to place an order, sat down in dining area to wait. I saw my order being prepared by a guy who wasn't wearing gloves and was repeatedly wiping his hands on his jeans and touching my food. When I complained I found out he was the manager on shift. When brought it to his attention he blatantly lied even though he was still not wearing gloves and was very rude to me. Ordered at 7 called them multiple times and them saying it takes 30-40 minutes for delivery ok fine so than waited until 8:30 for them to not only go down the wrong road and drive away but also the food was stone cold and I knew I shouldn't have paid but did anyways, and I get inside my place not only did they lie on the receipt saying I ordered at 7:55 which was not true it was ordered at 7:05 and have the time stamps and know every person I spoke to names as well. The receipt maker says (Billy or bill) whoever that person is he's a failure to society. My wife was pregnant just to wait 2 hours for basically some cold food and still paid $50 and was late and they just simply lied on the receipt I mean come on the quality of this place isn't even good compared to Chicago pizza places you guys could at least be on time and service people safe foods to eat not cold and borderline supposed to be thrown out already not to mention your lieing receipt maker read more

Please do us a favor and just throw the entire store away!! Was ignored by the cashier for 15 minutes while trying to get a to go buffet & then their card machines were down and I wasn't able too make my purchase after a 15 min wait. Called the call center to complain and the sUpErViSoR literally said there's no GM at this location so there's no one to complain too. Just throw the entire store away. The buffet looked terrible and salad bar looked even worse. It was actually good luck for me for their card machines to be down because after taking a glance at what I was about to purchase I was so glad it didn't work out!! would say do better but mazzios has went downhill since 2017. Enjoyed lunch at Mazzio's (1115 Garnett Rd, Tulsa). The restaurant is under new management (Ron) and the pizza and wings were delicious!!

I checked what time they open and it said 10:30 am. we arrived and the doors were locked. so we called and they said they open at 11. so we waited till 11am and then checked and the doors were still locked. Ordered some wings here once and they were very soggy and soft. Made a DoorDash order for traditional wings. DoorDash said this restaurant was not taking special requests through the app. DoorDash said to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant to ask for the wings extra crispy, and the man said he cannot take orders over the phone as the order was through DoorDash. This restaurant has yet, in 20 years of doing business with them, delivered a 100% correct order to me. Here's today's delivery: I ordered EXTRA TOMATOES on my sandwich, but received NO TOMATOES. When I called the call center, I was told I could wait an hour for a re-make or get a lousy $2 credit. I was told "I'm not going to credit the whole sandwich for some tomatoes." I explained that when the tomatoes are left off, the entire sandwich doesn't taste right, so the entire sandwich is incorrect. So, I opted to wait for a re-make. Then I was told they would be picking up the wrong sandwich. Really? REALLY? There's a pandemic and you're bringing possibly contaminated food back into your restaurants??? There are few foods I love more than lasagna and when I saw it on their menu, I just had to try it. They told me it would take ten minutes, so apparently it wasn't just sitting in the back getting old, which should have been a plus. I got my drink, took my seat and waited and the wait time was about what they had told me. Again, should be a plus, right? The server warned me that the dish was hot, and he was correct. The serving size was pretty good, and it came with a piece of garlic bread. A trip to the salad bar was an additional $3.75 but I don't eat enough to warrant that so I passed. The lasagna would be enough for me. The first bite was all cheese because it was so hot that it was still melted on the top and the second got through to the pasta. It was cooked well, then the manicotti came into play, which was good but a bit over-powering. Soon I was halfway through and I had to wonder, did they put any meat in this? I looked through the dish and I could see meat traces, so they were not serving me a vegetable lasagna but the meat was almost non-existent. Very disappointing. They apparently over-loaded the cheese so they could skimp on the meat. On the way out, I verified with the sign that the lasagna does have meat. According to their sign, it has both sausage and beef. I saw traces of the hamburger but nothing resembling sausage. This was, by far, one of the worst lasagnas I have ever had. I probably won't even give them a chance to sell me on their pizza. read more

As others have said Mazzio's was the go to place for pizza back in the day. And the area that this store is located is a bit seedy (with a no tell motel next door to the east). It's not an area you want to hang out in after dark. That being said this is a great place for lunch during their lunch buffet. The selection is good and it's kept full so you don't have to wait for a slice or two of pizza. Is it great pizza no, yet it's not bad for a quick lunch. read more

ZERO STARS. We had been ordering pizzas at 39th and Garnett in Tulsa because their thin crust pizzas had a great topping and the thin pizza was crunchy. Last weekend we ordered, and it was very soggy. This weekend, we thought we would give them one more chance and my fiancee told them that last time it was soggy and to make sure it was crunchy, they said okay. She gets home after picking it up and it had sooooo much oil on it and it was extremely soggy. We both about threw up. Something happened to this store in the last month. A manager that allows this to happen needs to be replaced. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

We ordered carry-out thin crust beef & Canadian bacon pizza from Mazzio's. Their thin crust is thin & crisp which we like. To our disappointment, this crust was soft & saggy, the crust was stuck to the bottom of the cardboard box, not much pizza sauce, the Canadian bacon was super salty. Let me start by saying that back in the day, Mazzio's was great. Times have sure changed. I hadn't been to Mazzio's for a long time and they happened to send me a free small pizza for my birthday in the form of an email. I thought I might as well try them again and was really pleasantly surprised that night. I ended up going back 2 more times that same week. It was good both times. It didn't last long. The next few times were awful. I always ordered a Deep Pan. It gets soggy pretty quick so I order it well done. The first time I ordered it well done, it was undercooked and I couldn't even eat the thing. I'm not much of a complainer so I did not call them. I fed it to my dog. At least he didn't mind. I waited a week or so and tried again, light sauce, well done, triple ingredients. Well, I got it home, it was cooked ok but hardly any ingredients and literally, no sauce. Wow. I waited longer next time and guess what! Not well done, and not hardly any sauce at all. Ok, one more try. This was the worst visit of all. I arrived to pick up my pizza and there was a vehicle in front of me. No problem, I figured they would pull them around like they had me do several times. But apparently not this time. And there was a large guy wearing a coat (it was over 80 degrees) that had walked up between this vehicle and the window? This isn't the best area anyway so it's not what you want to see. After sitting there for 10 minutes I finally called the number I found and spoke with them and told them what was happening. The girl on the phone said they don't allow people to walk up to the window for security issues. Well..... I took pictures and I'll upload them if I figure out how. At any rate, the girl said she's call the store and get back with me. She got back on the phone and said the mgr. would take care of this. I waiting another 5 minutes and still sitting there with this guy walking around both vehicles. I finally gave up and drove off. I phoned in when I got home to get a refund since I'd already paid for it. I had to talk with 3 different people to get a supervisor that could do this. They offered me a $5 dollar credit which sort of insulted me. I feel they should have offered a free pizza. I turned down the $5 and hung up. I then sent a rather large complaint from their website. This was over 4 days ago and I never heard from them. I did forget to mention on one of my visits, I pulled up to the window and waited several minutes before someone came. She said, I'm sorry...I was out back working on a car? I think you get how this place is ran now. I'd definitely stay away if you know what's good for you. read more

7/11/17 ordered two pizzas and a side of sweet barbque wings got charged for a bbq sauce instead and dident even get the sauce not to mention that was not apart of my order then i called and asked what happened and all they could ask me is if I wanted to place another order for the ring wings that I originally already ordered. The salad bar..l had no idea where the potato salad ended and the macaroni salad began as every item on the bar looked mixed together like an experimental science project of some sort.
