I placed an order that included a side of cheese sauce, which I paid extra for. My order arrived with three ranch sauces, two came with the meal, and apparently one was sent as a "substitute" for the cheese. Not only did I not receive what I paid for, but when I called the restaurant, the response was dismissive at best. The first person I spoke with told me I had to wait for the manager. When the manager got on the line, she explained they "had no lids for the cheese sauce" and had to send someone out to get more. My immediate thought was: if there are no lids, how did ranch sauce get packaged just fine? Her explanation was that they "substituted an extra ranch for the cheese." With all due respect, ranch is not an acceptable substitute for cheese, and customers should be given a choice in that situation. What made it worse was her tone rather than apologizing and offering to make it right, she spoke harshly, said "it was not our intention not to give you your cheese sauce," then abruptly told me to "have a nice day" before hanging up. I normally wouldn't make an issue over a side item, but this has become a pattern in fast food: customers are charged for extras, not given what they paid for, and expected to just accept the loss. It's frustrating, and it's not about the cost, it's about the principle. If businesses expect customers to keep coming back, they need to respect the fact that people work hard for their money and deserve to receive exactly what they've paid for. read more

The woman taking my order got confused when I asked for carrots instead of fries and blue cheese rather than ranch as if nobody ever changed the default. This place didn't feel clean. Honestly I would never dine in, it's always dirty in the lobby and the staff hmm rude not nice and always behind , call in takes 30 minutes for ab 8 piece no matter what, it's irritating and usually avoid this place . The manager Kim was horrible and racist towards me when i had asked how much longer my food was going to take after about 3-4 people getting big orders before I had gotten my order. As i was leaving with one of my friends she had said with another assoicate "I hate white people". As i had gotten home to eat my wings I opened them up to start eating them and they were BLACK AND COMPLETELY INEDIBLE!!! I had called furious after waiting so long for my food and having to drive back the lady who was on the phone was completely rude and thought i was lying saying that "its hard to burn boneless wings" I had then told them that my wings were black and completely burnt to a crisp and that i was on my way back to the store to get the situation handled. If I could give a zero I would! We just got into town and called this location at 11pm and it closes at 12am. Someone answered and said may I place you on hold and of course we said yes. She kept us on hold for 45 mins. We stayed on the phone just to see how long they were going to leave us on hold and plus we were hunger. First experience at a Wingstop, super disappointed. Very rude customer service. Five employees were sitting in the restaurant (probably on break which is great!) but there was no way to social distance seating with all of them our there. Meh is correct. This place has been inconsistent since it opened. It's near work and sometimes I do have a craving for their fries which are seasoned fantasticly. The wings themselves are a little puny for all the flavor they try and put on them. It's the service that pretty much stinks. Great Big wings! I love that they will give me all flats without any problems. Tulsa doesn't have much of any wing places like the ones I was used to back at home, but this place is as close as it gets. Eaten at some other Wingstop locations several times in the past. I've almost always gotten the boneless wings and always thought them pretty decent. Tonight got an assortment of all types of flavors both boneless, classic, and tenders. Most of us agreed that it was not very good, meat was dry and/or rubbery. I felt the only exception was the boneless ones we got. I don't know if this is how all Wingstops are, or just this one - but I would stick to only the boneless. How is it that you "pride yourself" on a "high level of quality" and yet that isn't what was delivered? What exactly makes you "confident" that my next experience will be an "enjoyable one?" Can you provide specifics about what was wrong with your food (or how it was prepared( the evening I went? Or do you simply expect me to blindly spend my money again at your location with the hope that something will have changed? Without any specifics, there is no reason for me to believe that the experience I had was atypical at your restaurant. I have never been to a place that is so dirty and the employees are rude to white people. I waited 45 minutes for an eight piece combo, which was wrong flavor and cold when I got it. The girl at the register never asked she could help me after I got there. She did help the black kid behind me first and then proceeded to chat with him for 15 minutes while he waited for his 3 ten piece order which came out to him in about twenty minutes. The other girl at the register just stood there playing on her phone and then just walked away. So ten minutes after getting there I had to ask for the manager who was very rude to me obviously because I'm white, and then I waited for another 30 minutes for my food. When I got the food it was wrong flavor of sauce and cold and had some foreign substance on it. I knew if I wanted a refund it was going to take an act of god to get it, but I didn't want to wait for hours there listening to the kids in the kitchen screaming all kinds of meets. Wouldn't take kids under 18 to this restaurant and wouldn't go there if your a white person. I thought McAlisters deli was the only prejudiced restaurant in Tulsa, seems I was wrong cause Wingstop has everyone else beat on that stage.
