It cost me $3,000+ to repair the damage to my air manifold system caused by MB Clinic overfilling the oil when I took my car there for a basic service B. They Pooh-pooled that the issue was related to the service delivered just a couple weeks prior to the check engine light coming on. The repairs were completed by another service provider after mb clinic didn't take responsibility for their error. An expensive lesson to learn. read more

To our vehicle in and paid for a diagnostic on the vehicle and we paid over $2,000 for a battery and install on top of the cost of $210 for the diagnostic cost. Was told they "guaranteed their work.... the car is one again a no start so to me this is a misdiagnosis on their part and they now want another $210 for another diagnosis when they misdiagnosed the vehicle the first time and started that they do not know what another repair shop had done to the vehicle?! DO NOT trust these people to work on your vehicle! they promise a warranty but do not honor their warranty when they screw up! read more

MB Clinic has been our shop for our Mercedes vehicles for well over a decade and they continue to be super knowledgeable on Mercedes vehicles of any year, very ethical in how they do business, fair in their pricing, and just wonderful people. For this reason, I remain a loyal client and bring my MB vehicles to them exclusively. In fact, several family members are loyal clients too. Recently I brought my dad's 2016 E400 in for a B Service, alignment (it has new tires), check on the cooling system (was a tad low on coolant), and anything else it might need since it was in Texas for 2+ years. The tech Alex carefully examined the E400 thoroughly, performed the needed B service, got her the 4-wheel alignment to bring her back into spec. The coolant system tested fine and did not need repair. One thing that is unique about MB Clinic: they don't push repairs you don't need. They note items that require service now, but also any items that can wait and just need to be watched for now. You can trust them to keep your Mercedes safe, reliable and happily on the road. More importantly, they communicate well! Connor handled this service appointment and he is excellent. I've been going to MB Clinic now for going on two years now and am thoroughly impressed. I initially chose to take my car here based on convenience and its vicinity to my home. Additionally, upon my first inquiry, they got back to me immediately and offered up a loaner car at no charge to use while my car was in the shop. That alone had me sold. The owner, mechanics, and staff were all incredibly personable. My first experience has kept me coming back. From the continual updates on what is going on with my car, to the incredible service, to the detail on the car itself, I would highly recommend this clinic. You can tell that customer satisfaction is of crucial importance to them. Besides the loaner car (a Mercedes as well), they gave me a ride one day when they didn't have a loaner. They dropped me off at work and picked me up exactly when I asked them to. When I asked when was the latest I could pick up my car one evening, they responded "we'll stay open as late as you need to get your car". They even indicated that they would drop my car off at work and pick up the loaner if I wanted to avoid rush hour traffic after work. They even wash my car each and every time I take it in. Aside from the impeccable service, timeliness, and convenience, they've done a great job on servicing my vehicle. Considering I bought my Mercedes used and at the unfortunate time when most everything on the car started to go out, I've seen them a bit more often than I would like. Each service is painless and there is never any pressure to move forward with replacing parts unless it is in dire need. On one occasion, they had difficulty determining the cause of the check engine light. They attempted to replace what they thought was the cause, however, it was later determined after a day's labor that was not the cause. They later resolved the issue and did not charge me for the labor and parts that were not the source of the problem. All in all, MB Clinic knows their Mercedes. Beyond that and just as important, they make servicing my car not a headache. From their experience and knowledge, to their customer service and their dedication to you as a customer, I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone with a Mercedes. read more

But I think a few corrections are due. 1) I did NOT bring my car to your shop to have you look at it. That is blatantly false. I did not/will not/would not patronize your business. Period. Read my review! You did not look under the hood of my car, my car did not overheat, you did not offer me a ride anywhere.... Your story of me and my car in your shop is nothing but fantasy. 2) I stand by my assertion that it is a reasonable request to ask for a quote for a specific service or part. Of course as a mechanic you would do your own analysis of my vehicle--no one is debating that. But to refuse to provide an estimate for a very specific part/service for a specific vehicle over the phone is unreasonable and makes me question your motivations. 3) I called you from a land line, not a cell phone. The call was not "dropped". Rather, your employee/manager, Tu Kim, hung up on me. That is what happened. My father-in-law has 3 Mercedes and was looking for an alternative to dealership service departments. Having two Mercedes, I told him that I could try out the Mercedes Clinic to repair the folding top on my SLK convertible and let him know. I contacted the clinic through their web site and asked them how much a repair would be to my older SLK. Since I had just brought it from the dealer with an estimate of the repair, I felt like this was a good opportunity for them to earn both my business and my father-in-law's if they could provide a decent estimate. I requested an estimate of the same repair that Murray Motors provided. They got back to me in less than 1 hour with a response that that the repair would be, and I quote, "about the same as Murray Motors' estimated quote". Funny thing was, I didn't tell them what MM quoted for the repair. So, I told my father-in-law that the MB Clinic wasn't competitive with Murray Motors and I will keep looking for someone that really wants our business. My advice to others is to go to Murray Motors because the MB Clinic will charge "about the same as Murray Motors". Why would you go here for the same price when you can get quality certified MB mechanics at Murray Motors? I know that dealership service departments are expensive, but so is MB Clinic because they charge "about the same as Murray Motor's estimated quote". read more

I drove 120 miles to bring my MB to this shop, based on the good reviews. My climate control quit working in the dead of winter, as well as my auto lift and close on my rear door. Right away they discovered the problem with the motor for the door and I elected to not fix it. The found several other things that I was not expecting, but certainly needed repair. Unfortunately the climate control became a major repair that I could not afford to fix. They decided to take another look at it and see if it might be a software problem. They Uninstalled the software and reinstalled it numerous times, refusing to give up on the system. After 8 days of messing with it, they finally got the software to take and saved me over $2000. Their dedication will keep me coming back every time I need service. read more
